Scheme Introduction : A Brief Overview

• Jharkhand State have elections in upcoming months.
• Political Parties started their election campaign by announcing welfare schemes for them.
• Bharatiye Janta Party also announced lots of welfare scheme such as "Gogo Didi Yojana" and "Lakshmi Johar Yojana".
• BJP trying to cover every faction of society by announcing welfare schemes for them to secure their votes.
• One of the major vote bank in Jharkhad is youth which can turn the wind in favour of BJP if they voted for them.
• So to target educated youths of Jharkhand, BJP announced "Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana".
• After implementation this scheme is going to be known by some other name which are "Jharkhand Unemployment Allowance Scheme" or "Jharkhand Yuva Sathi Bhatta Scheme" or "Jharkhand Yuva Sathi Unemployment Allowance Scheme".
• The main objective behind announcing this scheme is to support youth of Jharkhand financially till they found suitable job for them.
• Monthly Unemployment Allowance will be provided to all eligible educated but unemployed youth under Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana.
• Rs. 2,000/- per month under Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana will be provided to beneficiary youth.
• Graduate and Post Graduate Youths are eligible to get monthly allowance of Rs. 2,000/- under this scheme.
• Unemployment Allowance provided under Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana will only provided for the period of 2 years.
• Registration in District Employment Exchange is must for beneficiary youth before applying for Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana.
• This scheme is just a poll promise of Bharatiye Janta Party to woo the voters and to secure their win in the upcoming legislative assembly election of Jharkhand State.
• Scheme will only implement in the State if BJP manages to secure the win and forms the government in Jharkhand.

Scheme Benefits

• If BJP wins the assembly election and forms the Government in Jharkhand then the below mentioned benefits will be provided to all eligible youths under Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana :-
  • Monthly Unemployment Allowance will be Provided.
  • Rs. 2,000/- per month will be provided to Educated but Unemployed Youth.
  • Unemployed Allowance under Yuva Sathi Bhatta will be payable only for 2 Years.

Eligibility Requirements

• Unemployment Allowance of Rs. 2,000/- per month under Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana of Jharkhand Government (If BJP wins) will only provided to those youths who fulfil the following eligibility conditions of the scheme :-
  • Beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Jharkhand.
  • The Age of Beneficiary Youth should be above 21 Years.
  • Beneficiary Youth should have Passed Graduation or Post Graduation Degree.
  • Remaining Eligibility will be released after launch of scheme.

• Following Documents is expected to be required at the time of applying for per month unemployment allowance under Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana which is a pre election promise of BJP :-
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Employment Exchange Registration Number.
  • Passport Size Photo.
  • Educational Documents.

Steps to Apply

• BJP announced lots of welfare scheme for every faction of people to secure their win in Jharkhand Assembly Election.
• Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana is specifically announced for educated but unemployed youth of Jharkhand.
• This scheme will implement in Jharkhand after BJP win the assembly election and forms new government in Jharkhand.
• So right now this is just an election promise and the application process of Yuva Sathi Bhatta is not clear yet at this stage.
• After forming Government in Jharkhand, it totally depends on BJP led Jharkhand Government to accept Yuva Sathi Yojana Application Forms through Online or Offline Mode.
• Offline Application Forms of Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana will be available free of cost at District Employment Exchange Office.
• Whereas in case of Online Application Form, Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana Website will be made by the Government.
