Scheme Introduction : A Brief Overview

• Legislative Assmebly Election 2024 of Jharkhand is going to conducted very soon.
• Bharatiya Janta Party through their election promises trying to woo the voters of Jharkhand to maker sure their win.
• Some of the major welfare scheme announced by BJP for the poeple of Jharkhand are :-
  • "Gogo Didi Yojana".
  • "Yuva Sathi Bhatta Yojana".
  • "Lakshmi Johar Yojana".
• Another major announcement of BJP for the homeless people is "Ghar Saakar Yojana".
• The main objective behind announcing this scheme is to provide shelters to those people who doesn't have their own.
• Basically this is going to be the another Housing Scheme of Jharkhand after Abua Aawas Yojana which is currently run by JMM led current Jharkhand Government.
• Constructed Pucca House without any cost will be provided to all eligible people of Jharkhand under Ghar Saakar Yojana.
• No cost, charges or anything will be charged from the beneficiaries in order to provided them pucca houses.
• Apart from that free of cost sand to construct house will also provided under Ghar Saakar Yojana to all eligible people.
• After implementation the other name of this scheme will be "Ghar Saakar Scheme".
• But this is just an pre election promise of BJP which is only going to be fulfilled if the party somehow manages to wins the election and form their government in Jharkhand.

Scheme Benefits

• BJP will provided the following benefits to people of Jharkhand under Ghar Saakar Yojana after winning the upcoming assembly elections :-

  • Constructed House will be provided to Homeless People.
  • Free Sand will also provided to Construct House.

Eligibility Requirements

• Free of Cost Constructed House and Sand for House Construction will only provided to those beneficiaries who fulfill the below mentioned eligibility conditions of Ghar Saakar Yojana :-
  • Beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Jharkhand.
  • Beneficiary should be Homeless.
  • Remaining Eligibility will be released after its launch.

• The following documents will be required at the time of applying for free of cost house or sand under Ghar Saakar Yojana which is a pre poll promise of BJP :-
  • Resident Proof of Jharkhand.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Ration Card.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Income Certificate.

Steps to Apply
