- மாநில அரசுப் பணியாளர் தேர்வில் (கெசட்டட் அல்லாத பட்டதாரி நிலை) தேர்ச்சி பெற்றவர்களுக்கு ரூ. 25,000/- வழங்கப்படும்.
- இந்த நிதி உதவி, முதன்மைத் தேர்வுக்கு தங்களை சிறப்பான முறையில் தயார்படுத்திக் கொள்ள பயன்படுத்தப்படும்.
- ஆனால் நை உதான் திட்டத்தை சிறுபான்மை விவகார அமைச்சகம் தற்காலிகமாக நிறுத்தி வைத்துள்ளது.

- நை உடான் திட்ட சுய ஒப்புதல் சான்று நிலையான வடிவம்.
- அடையாளச் சான்று.
- இணைப்பு-I (ஸ்கேன் செய்யப்பட்ட புகைப்படம்).
- இணைப்பு-II (ஸ்கேன் செய்யப்பட்ட கையொப்பம்).
- குடும்ப வருமானச் சான்று (அதாவது ஆண்டு வருமானச் சான்றிதழ்).
- சேவைத் தேர்வு விவரங்கள் -I (அதாவது முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வுக்கான அனுமதி அட்டை)
- சேவைத் தேர்வு விவரங்கள்-II (அதாவது முதல்நிலைத் தேர்வு முடிவு பக்கத்தின் பட்டியல் எண்.)
- நை உடான் திட்ட சுய ஒப்புதல் சான்றில், அறிவிக்கப்பட்ட ஏதேனும் ஒரு சிறுபான்மை சமூகத்தைச் சேர்ந்தவர் என்று குறிப்பிட்டிருக்க வேண்டும்.
- சிறுபான்மைச் சான்றிதழ் (இருக்குமானால்).
- பின்வரும் அடையாள அட்டையில் ஏதேனும் ஒன்று ஸ்கேன் செய்யப்பட்ட வடிவத்தில் பதிவேற்றப்படவேண்டும் :-
- ஆதார் அட்டை.
- பான் கார்டு.
- ஓட்டுனர் உரிமம்.
- வாக்காளர் அடையாள அட்டை.
- கடவுச்சீட்டு.
- ரேஷன் கார்டு.
- வறுமைக் கோட்டிற்கு கீழ் அட்டை.
- நை உடான் திட்ட உறுதிமொழிப்பத்திரம் நீதித்துறை அல்லாத முத்திரை தாள் ரூ. 10/ 20/- ல் வின்னப்பதாரர் எந்த திட்டத்திலிருந்தும் எந்த நிதி உதவியையும் பெறவில்லை/ பயன்படுத்தவில்லை என்று முறைப்படி சான்றுதி (நோட்டரைஸ்) பெற்றுருக்க வேண்டும்.
- நை உதான் திட்ட உறுதிமொழிப் பத்திரம், நிதி உதவி பெற கட்டாயம் தேவை.
விண்ணப்பிக்கும் முறை
- நை உதான் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் நிதி உதவி பெற, விண்ணப்பதாரர் முதலில் சேவை கூட்டல் தளம் செல்ல வேண்டும்.
- இணையவழி விண்ணப்பங்கள் மட்டுமே ஏற்றுக்கொள்ளப்படும். இணையவழி அல்லாத விண்ணப்பம் எதுவும் பரிசீலிக்கப்படாது.
- விண்ணப்பதாரர் சரியான மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரியை வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும். உதவி தொடர்பான அனைத்து தகவல்களும் சிறுபான்மையினர் விவகார அமைச்சகத்தின் மூலம், விண்ணப்பதாரரின் பதிவு செய்யப்பட்ட மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிக்கு அனுப்பப்படும்.
- குறுஞ்செய்தி தொடர்புக்கு விண்ணப்பதாரரிடம் தனிப்பட்ட மொபைல் எண் செயலில் வைத்திருக்க வேண்டும்.
- விண்ணப்பதாரர், சேவை கூட்டல் தளத்தில் தங்களை பதிவு செய்துகொள்ள பின்வரும் விவரங்களை பூர்த்தி செய்ய வேண்டும்:-
- முழு பெயர்.
- மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி.
- கைபேசி எண்.
- கடவுச்சொல்.
- வசிக்கும் மாநிலம்.
- கேப்ட்சா பயன்பாடு.
- சமர்ப்பி பொத்தாணை கிளிக் செய்யவும்.
- மின்னஞ்சல் மற்றும் மொபைல் எண்ணுக்கு அனுப்பப்பட்ட ஓடிபிகளை நிரப்பவும்.
- சரிபார்ப்புக்கு இரண்டு ஓடிபிகளையும் நிரப்புவது கட்டாயமாகும்.
- ஓடிபிகள் சரிபார்க்கப்பட்டதும், தங்கள் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரி மற்றும் கடவுச்சொல் மூலம் உள்நுழையலாம்.
- உள்நுழைந்த பிறகு, அனைத்து தனிப்பட்ட விவரங்கள், தொடர்பு விவரங்கள் ஆகியவற்றை பூர்த்தி செய்து, தேவையான அனைத்து அசல் ஆவணங்களை ஸ்கேன் செய்து பதிவேற்றவும்.
- சிறுபான்மை விவகார அமைச்சகம், விண்ணப்பம் செயலாக்கத்தின் பல்வேறு நிலைகளின் அறிவிப்பானது விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு அவர்களின் மின்னஞ்சல் முகவரிகள் அல்லது கைபேசி எண்களுக்கு அனுப்பப்படும்.
- விண்ணப்பதாரர்களிடமிருந்து பெறப்பட்ட விண்ணப்பம், அமைச்சகத்தில் பரிசீலிக்கப்பட்டு தகுதியானவர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதற்கான குழுவின் முன் வைக்கப்படும்.
- விண்ணப்பதாரர்கள் விண்ணப்பத்தின் நிலையை கண்காணிக்க அறிவுறுத்தப்படுகிறார்கள்.
- நை உடான் திட்ட விதிகளின்படி நிர்ணயிக்கப்பட்ட தேதி மற்றும் நேரத்திற்குள் விண்ணப்ப செயல்முறையை பூர்த்தி செய்துருப்பதை விண்ணப்பதாரர் உறுதி கொள்ள வேண்டும்.
திட்டத்தின் அம்சங்கள்
- நை உதான் திட்டத்தின் பலனை ஒருமுறை மட்டுமே பெற முடியும்.
- ஒரு முதற்கட்ட தேர்வுக்கு மட்டுமே பலன்களைப் பெற முடியும்.
- இந்தத் திட்டத்தின் கீழ் ஒவ்வொரு சிறுபான்மை சமூகத்திற்கும் வரையறுக்கப்பட்ட இடங்கள் உள்ளன.
- பெறப்பட்ட அனைத்து விண்ணப்பங்களும் அமைச்சகத்தின் குழுவால் பரிசீலிக்கப்படும்.
- மாணவர்களைத் தேர்ந்தெடுப்பதில் குழுவின் முடிவே இறுதியானது.
- விண்ணப்பதாரர்களுக்கு நேரடி பலன் பரிமாற்றம் (DBT) முறையில் நிதி வழங்கப்படும்.
- ஒரே தவணையில் பணம் செலுத்தப்படும்.
