Madhya Pradesh Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana

Introduction

• Bhartiye Janta Party announced lots of welfare scheme for the people of Madhya Pradesh during election time to regain power in the state.
• Now after forming Government in Madhya Pradesh, Government Cabinet started giving their approval to start these welfare schemes.
• On January 2024 while chairing the cabinet meeting, Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Sh. Mohan Yadav gave the approval to start major welfare scheme for farmers.
• The name of scheme is "Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana".
• This scheme is also going to be known by some other major names also such as "Madhya Pradesh Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Scheme" or "Madhya Pradesh Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Incentive Scheme".
• The main objective behind starting this scheme is to provide economic support to farmers to increase their agricultural income.
• Madhya Pradesh Government will now provide incentive/ protsahan amount to those farmers of state who produce Coarse Grain/ Mota Anaaj which is popularly called as Shri Anna.
• Incentive Amount provided under Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana will be provided on per Kg rate.
• Rs. 10/- per Kg incentive amount/ protsahan rashi will be provided to all eligible farmers of Madhya Pradesh.
• Benefit of Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana will only provided to those farmers who involves in the production of Shri Anna/ Mota Anaaj.
• Below mentioned Mota Anaaj/ Shri Anna crops are eligible for incentive of Rs. 10/- per Kg under Government of Madhya Pradesh's Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana :-
  • Kodo-Kutki.
  • Ragi.
  • Bajra.
  • Jwar.
  • Other Mote Anaaj Crops.
• Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana is a DBT Scheme in which incentive amount of crop will be directly transferred in the bank account of beneficiary farmer.
• According to the available information, Incentive amount will be provided to only those farmers who belongs to backward or tribal class.
• But this will only get clear after official guidelines of Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana released.
• As soon as we get any update about Guidelines, Other Eligibility Conditions and Application Form of Madhya Pradesh Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana, we will update the same.

Benefits of Scheme

• Government of Madhya Pradesh will provide the following benefits to all eligible farmers under its Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana :-
  • Per Kg Incentive Amount will be provided to Farmers to Produce Coarse Grains. (Shri Anna/ Mota Anaaj)
  • Incentive Amount of Rs. 10/- per Kg will be provided to Farmers on Mota Anaaj/ Shri Anna.

Eligibility

• Incentive Amount on produced Shri Anna/ Mota Anaaj will only be provided to those farmers who fulfills the following eligibility conditions of Madhya Pradesh Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana :-
  • Applicant should be a Resident of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Applicant should be a Small or Marginal Farmer.
  • Farmer should be a producer of Kodo-Kutki, Ragi, Jwar, Bajra and other Shri Anna Grains.

• The following documents is needed at the time of applying for incentive amount under Ranni Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana of Madhya Pradesh Government :-
  • Residence Proof of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Document Related to Agricultural Land.
  • Mobile Number.

How to Apply

• Chief Minister of Madhya Pradesh Sh. Mohan Yadav while heading the cabinet meeting on 3rd of January 2024 gave its approval to start Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana.
• Concerned Department will soon released the official guidelines of scheme.
• Right Now the Application Process of Madhya Pradesh Government's Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana is not clear.
• It clearly depends on Government to accept application form from farmers whether through Online Application Form or through Offline Application Form.
• Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana Application Form will be released by the Madhya Pradesh Government with its Official Guidelines.
• Beneficiary Farmers will have to wait little bit more in order to avail the benefit of Rani Durgawati Shri Anna Protsahan Yojana.
