Introduction

• Election Commission of India recently announced the poll schedule of Madhya Pradesh.
• Now to woo the voters of Madhya Pradesh, Every Political Parties is announcing welfare scheme for the people.
• Congress Party also announced the major educational welfare scheme for the students of Madhya Pradesh.
• The name of the scheme is "Madhya Pradesh Padho Aur Padhao Yojana".
• This scheme also going to known by other name i.e. "Madhya Pradesh Padho Aur Padhao Scheme".
• The main objective of Congress Party behind announcing Padho Padhao Yojana is to improve the education quality and encourtage students to complete their basic education.
• A Free of Cost Education and Per Month Scholarship will be provided to all eligible students under Padho Aur Padhao Scheme.
• Students from Class 1st to Class 12th will now study free of cost under this scheme.
• Apart from Free of Cost Education, the below mentioned monthly scholarship will also provided under Madhya Pradesh Padho Padhao Scheme :-
  • Scholarship of Rs. 500/- per Month to Class 1st to Class 8th Student.
  • Scholarship of Rs. 1,000/- per Month to Class 9th to Class 10th Student.
  • And Scholarship of Rs. 1,500/- per Month to Class 11th to Class 12th Students.
• But this is only a pre poll promise of Congress Party.
• Madhya Pradesh Padho Padhao Yojana will only implement in Madhya Pradesh once Congress Party wins the upcoming assembly election and forms the Government.
• So right now we can only expect that Congress Party will win the Madhya Pradesh Election and Forms the Government.

Benefits of Scheme

• Congress Party will provide the following benefits to students under Madhya Pradesh Padho Aur Padhao Yojana after winning the upcoming assembly elections of Madhya Pradesh :-

  Class	Scholarship Amount
  Class 1st to Class 8th	Rs. 500/- per Month.
  Class 9th to Class 10th	Rs. 1,000/- per Month.
  Class 11th to Class 12th	Rs. 1,500/- per Month.

Eligibility

• According to the available information, the following eligibility conditions is needed to be fulfilled to avail the benefit of monthly scholarship under Madhya Pradesh Padho Padhao Yojana :-
  • Applicant should be a Resident of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Applicant should be a School Going Student.
  • Student should be Studying in any Class from Class 1st to Class 12th.
  • Remaining Eligibility Criteria will be released later.

How to Apply

• The Application Procedure of Madhya Pradesh Padho Padhao Yojana is not known yet.
