ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪರಿಚಯ
- ನಯಿ ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯು ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಂಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ನೀಡುವ ಯೋಜನೆಯಾಗಿದೆ.
- ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಸಮುದಾಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದ ವರ್ಗಗಳನ್ನು ಗಮನದಲ್ಲಿ ಇಡಲಾಗಿದೆ ಇದರ ವಿವರ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿದೆ :-
- ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು.
- ಕ್ರಿಶ್ಚಿಯನ್ನರು.
- ಸಿಖ್.
- ಬೌದ್ಧ.
- ಜೈನ್.
- ಪಾರ್ಸಿಗಳು (ಜೊರೊಸ್ಟ್ರಿಯನ್ನರು).
- UPSC, ರಾಜ್ಯ PSC ಮತ್ತು SSC ಯ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅರ್ಹರಾಗಿರುತ್ತಾರೆ.
- ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಬ್ಯಾಂಕ್ ಖಾತೆಗೆ ವರ್ಗಾಯಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
- ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿ ಪ್ರತಿವರ್ಷ 5100 ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ತರಬೇತಿ ನೀಡಲಾಗುವುದು.
- ನೈ ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ವಿವರಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿವೆ :-
- UPSC ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿcಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ.1,00,000/- ರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು.
- ರಾಜ್ಯ ಪಿಸಿಎಸ್ (ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್) ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ. 50,000/- ರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು.
- SSC CGL ಮತ್ತು CAPF - ಗ್ರೂಪ್-B ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ. 25,000/- ರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು.
- ರಾಜ್ಯ PCS (ಪದವಿ ಮಟ್ಟದ ನಾನ್-ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್) ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ತೇರ್ಗಡೆಯಾದ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ರೂ. 25,000/- ರ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು.
- ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದಾದ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ತಮ್ಮ ಮುಂಬರುವ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾಗುವುದ್ದೇಶದಿಂದ ಪ್ರಯೋಗಿಸಬಹುದು.
- ಆದರೆ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯ ನೈ ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ತಾತ್ಕಾಲಿಕವಾಗಿ ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದೆ ಎಂದು ಸುದ್ದಿಯಾಗಿದೆ.
- ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ನಿಯಮಿತ ನವೀಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ನಮ್ಮ ಪುಟದ ಚಂಗದಾರರಾಗಬಹುದು.
- ಅರ್ಹ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳು ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ನಲ್ಲಿ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಬಹುದು.
ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಹಾಯದ ಮೊತ್ತ ವಿವರಗಳು
- ನೈ ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಅರ್ಹ ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಹಾಯವನ್ನು ಒದಗಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ :-
ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಹೆಸರು ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಸಹಾಯದ ಮೊತ್ತ UPSC(ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳು,
ಭಾರತೀಯ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳು &

ಅರ್ಹತೆ
- ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಕಂಡ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಸೇರಿದವರಿರಬೇಕು :-
- ಮುಸ್ಲಿಮರು.
- ಕ್ರಿಶ್ಚಿಯನ್ನರು.
- ಸಿಖ್.
- ಬೌದ್ಧ.
- ಜೈನ್.
- ಪಾರ್ಸಿಗಳು (ಜೊರೊಸ್ಟ್ರಿಯನ್ನರು).
- ಅಭ್ಯಾರ್ದೋ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಕಂಡ ಸಂಸ್ಥೆಗಳಿಂದ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯನ್ನು ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸಿರಬೇಕು :-
- ಯೂನಿಯನ್ ಪಬ್ಲಿಕ್ ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ಕಮಿಷನ್ (ನಾಗರಿಕ ಸೇವೆಗಳು, ಭಾರತೀಯ ಇಂಜಿನಿಯರಿಂಗ್ ಸೇವೆಗಳು ಮತ್ತು ಭಾರತೀಯ ಅರಣ್ಯ ಸೇವೆಗಳು).
- ರಾಜ್ಯ ಲೋಕಸೇವಾ ಆಯೋಗ (ಗುಂಪು A ಮತ್ತು B (ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಮತ್ತು ನಾನ್ ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಹುದ್ದೆಗಳು).
- ಸ್ಟಾಫ್ ಸೆಲೆಕ್ಷನ್ ಕಮಿಷನ್ (ಗ್ರೂಪ್ ಬಿ (ನಾನ್-ಗೆಜೆಟೆಡ್ ಪೋಸ್ಟ್) ಗಾಗಿ ಸಂಯೋಜಿತ ಪದವಿ ಮಟ್ಟ/ CAPF.
- ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಕುಟುಂಬದ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯ ರೂ.800,000/- ಲಕ್ಷಕ್ಕಿಂತ ಹೆಚ್ಚಿರಬಾರದು.
- ಈ ಯೋಜನೆ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿ ಹಿಂದೆ ಪಡೆದಿರಬಾರದು.
ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು
- ನಯುಡ ಯೋಜನೆ ಅಡಿ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳು ಈ ಕೆಳಗಿನಂತಿವೆ :-
- ನಾಯ್ ಉಡಾನ್ ಸ್ಕೀಮ್ ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ.
- ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಡರ್ಡ್ ಫಾರ್ಮ್ಯಾಟ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೈ ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ.
- ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ .
- ಅನೇಕ್ಜರ್ -I (ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಫೋಟೋ).
- ಅನೇಕ್ಜರ್ -II (ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ಸಹಿ).
- ಕುಟುಂಬದ ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರ (ಅಂದರೆ ವಾರ್ಷಿಕ ಆದಾಯ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ).
- ಸೇವಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ವಿವರಗಳು -I (ಅಂದರೆ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಪ್ರವೇಶ ಕಾರ್ಡ್).
- ಸೇವಾ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ವಿವರಗಳು-II (ಅಂದರೆ ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯ ಫಲಿತಾಂಶ ಪುಟ ರೋಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ).
- ನೈ ಉಡಾನ್ ಸ್ವಯಂ ಘೋಷಣೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣ ಪತ್ರವು ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ವರ್ಗಕ್ಕೆ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಿಸಬೇಕು.
- ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತ ಪ್ರಮಾಣಪತ್ರ (ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದ್ದಲ್ಲಿ).
- ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದಾದರೂ ಒಂದನ್ನು ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿ ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಬೇಕು :-
- ಆಧಾರ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್.
- ಪ್ಯಾನ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್.
- ಚಾಲನಾ ಪರವಾನಿಗೆ.
- ಮತದಾರರ ಗುರುತಿನ ಚೀಟಿ.
- ಪಾಸ್ಪೋರ್ಟ್.
- ಪಡಿತರ ಚೀಟಿ.
- ಬಿಪಿಎಲ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್.
- ನಾನ್ ಜುಡಿಷಿಯಲ್ ಸ್ಟ್ಯಾಂಪ್ ಪೇಪರ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿ ನೈ ಉಡಾನ್ ಸ್ಕೀಮ್ ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್ ರೂ. 10/20/- ಸರಿಯಾಗಿ ನೋಟರೈಸ್ ಆಗಿರಬೇಕು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಯಾವುದೇ ರೀತಿಯ ಇತರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಂದ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯುತ್ತಿಲ್ಲ / ಪಡೆದಿಲ್ಲ ಎಂದು ಒಳಗೊಂಡಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
- ನೈ ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ಬೆಂಬಲವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅಫಿಡವಿಟ್ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಲಗತಿಸಬೇಕು.
ಅರ್ಜಿ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ವಿಧಾನ
- ನೈ ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಹಣಕಾಸಿನ ನೆರವು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಮೊದಲು ಸರ್ವೀಸ್ ಪ್ಲಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಭೇಟಿ ನೀಡಬೇಕು.
- ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸಲ್ಲಿಸುವ ಏಕೈಕ ಮೂಲ ಆನ್ಲೈನ್ ಆಗಿದೆ ಆಫ್ಲೈನ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಯ ನೊಂದಾಯಿತ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ಮೂಲಕಾ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ವಿಧಾನದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಸಂದರ್ಶನಗಳು ನಡೆಸಲಾಗುವುದು, ಈ ಕಾರಣ ಅರ್ಜಿದಾರರ ಬಳಿ ಇ-ಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿರಬೇಕು.
- ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯ ಮಣಿಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಇರಬೇಕು ಈ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ಸಂಖ್ಯೆ ಮೂಲಕ SMS ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
- ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪ್ರಯೋಡೆಯಲು ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಸರ್ವಿಸ್ ಪೋರ್ಟಲ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಕೆಳಗೆ ಖಂಡ ವಿವರಗಳು ನಮೂದಿಸುವ ಮೂಲಕ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು :-
- ಪೂರ್ಣ ಹೆಸರು.
- ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ.
- ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ನಂಬರ.
- ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆಯ ಪಾಸ್‌ವರ್ಡ್.
- ನಿವಾಸಿ ರಾಜ್ಯ.
- ಕ್ಯಾಪ್ಚಾವನ್ನು ತುಂಬಿರಿ.
- ಸಲ್ಲಿಸು ಬಟನ್ ಅನ್ನು ಒತ್ತಿ.
- OTP ಮೂಲಕ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ಹಾಗೂ ಮೊಬೈಲ್ ನಂಬರ್ ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿ.
- ಪರಿಶೀಲನೆಗಾಗಿ ಎರಡೂ OTP ಗಳನ್ನು ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿದೆ.
- OTP ಗಳನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಿದ ನಂತರ, ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ತಮ್ಮ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಪಾಸ್‌ವರ್ಡ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಲಾಗಿನ್ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು.
- ಲಾಗ್ ಇನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಂತರ, ಎಲ್ಲಾ ವೈಯಕ್ತಿಕ, ಸಂಪರ್ಕ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಭರ್ತಿ ಮಾಡಿ ಮತ್ತು ಅಗತ್ಯವಿರುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮೂಲ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳ ಸ್ಕ್ಯಾನ್ ಮಾಡಿದ ನಕಲುಗಳನ್ನು ಅಪ್‌ಲೋಡ್ ಮಾಡಿ.
- ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ನಿಯಮಿತ ನವೀಕರಣಗಳನ್ನು ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಲಾದ ಇಮೇಲ್ ಐಡಿ ಮೂಲಕ ಅಲ್ಪಸಂಖ್ಯಾತರ ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದಿಂದ ಕಳುಹಿಸಲಾಗುವುದು.
- ಸಲ್ಲಿಸಲಾದ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಹಾಕಲಗತ್ತಿಸಲಾದ ದಾಖಲೆಗಳನ್ನು ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
- ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿಯ ಸ್ಥಿತಿಯನ್ನು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸಲು ಸಲಹೆ ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
- ನಾಯ್ ಉಡಾನ್ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ನಿಬಂಧನೆಗಳ ಪ್ರಕಾರ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಯದೊಳಗೆ ಅರ್ಜಿ ಪ್ರಕ್ರಿಯೆಯನ್ನು ಪೂರ್ಣಗೊಳಿಸುವುದನ್ನು ಖಚಿತಪಡಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬೇಕು.
ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಮುಖ್ಯ ಅಂಶಗಳು
- ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ಒಂದು ಬಾರಿ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.
- ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಒಂದು ಪೂರ್ವಭಾವಿ ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಗೆ ಮಾತ್ರ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಬಹುದು.

- ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸಿದ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಅರ್ಜಿಗಳನ್ನು ಸಚಿವಾಲಯದ ಸಮಿತಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಸಂಬಂಧಪಟ್ಟ ಅಧಿಕಾರಿಗಳು ಪರಿಶೀಲಿಸುತ್ತಾರೆ.
- ವಿದ್ಯಾರ್ಥಿಗಳ ಆಯ್ಕೆ ಸಮಿತಿಯ ತೀರ್ಮಾನವೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
- ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಆರ್ಥಿಕ ನೆರವು ವರ್ಗಾವಣೆ (DBT) ಮೋಡ್ ಮೂಲಕ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
- ಪಾವತಿಯನ್ನು ಒಂದೇ ಕಂತಿನಲ್ಲಿ ಮಾಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
- ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆಯಲು ಪರೀಕ್ಷೆಯಲ್ಲಿ ಉತ್ತೀರ್ಣರಾದ ಪುರಾವೆ ಕಡ್ಡಾಯವಾಗಿ ಅಗತ್ಯವಿದೆ.
- ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯಡಿ ಅಭ್ಯರ್ಥಿಯು ಎರಡು ಬಾರಿ ಪ್ರಯೋಜನವನ್ನು ಪಡೆದರೆ ಅವನು/ಅವಳು 10% ಬಡ್ಡಿಯೊಂದಿಗೆ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಸರಕಾರಕ್ಕೆ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.

Now again in 2022 I cleared jkpsc pre-exam and it doestn't allow me to submit application as it shows data with one adhaar number will be submitted only once. What can I do ?
