Arunachal Pradesh Chief Minister Shasakt Kisan Yojna

Introduction

• Chief Minister Shasakt Kisan Yojna was launched in 2018 by Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
• The objective of the scheme is to promote horticulture activities in the state of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Under this scheme inputs are provided by State Government to farmers for Tea, Rubber and Double Cropping.
  • Seedlings and Planting material.
  • Fencing Material - Barbed wire, nails, GI angle post,etc.
  • Tools and implement for tea, rubber and double cropping farming like Khurpi, spade, dao and sprayer machine.
  • Manure and fertilizer, plant protection chemicals.
• Cash assistance will be provided by State Government for plantation of tea and rubber.
  • Rs.1 lakh per hectare for tea plantation.
  • Rs.80 thousand per hectare for rubber plantation.
• The scheme only applies to farmers of Arunachal Pradesh.
• To apply for Chief Minister Shasakt Kisan Yojna applicant need to contact their concerned ADAs/ADOs.

Eligibility

• Applicant should be a resident of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Applicant should belong to agricultural sector.
• Applicant should be in possession of land.

Benefits

• Under this scheme, cash assistance will be provided by State Government for plantation of tea and rubber.
  • Rs.1 lakh per hectare for tea plantation.
  • Rs.80 thousand per hectare for rubber plantation.
• Provision of Seedlings and Planting material.

• Cultivation assistance for land development - manure and fertilizer, plant protection chemicals.

• Sketch map of the proposed land for Tea/Rubber Plantation.

How to Apply

• To apply for Chief Minister Shasakt Kisan Yojna applicant need to contact their concerned ADAs/ADOs.
• Now fill up the application form as guided by the authority.
• After filling up the form attach the required documents and submit it to the designated authority.
• Submitted application will be verified by the concerned authority.
• After verification final selection of beneficiaries will be done by selection committee.
• After completion of all the formalities, selected beneficiaries can avail the benefit of the scheme.
