Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana

Introduction

• Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana is the flagship scheme of Government of Arunachal Pradesh.
• It is a credit linked subsidy scheme.
• It was started in the year 2021.
• Department of Agriculture of Arunachal Pradesh Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
• The main objective behind launching this scheme is to provide subsidy to farmers, self help groups and farmer producer organizations to do plantation.
• The below mentioned plantation is eligible for subsidy under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana :-
  • Arecanut Plantation.
  • Betel Vine Plantation.
  • Coconut Plantation.
  • Coffee Plantation.
  • Rubber Plantation.
  • Tea Plantation.
• The following pattern is followed under Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana of Arunachal Pradesh to provide subsidy to beneficiaries :-
  • 45% Subsidy will be provided by Government.
  • 45% will be provided as Bank Loan.
  • 10% is Contributed by the Beneficiary.
• There is no collateral security required for bank loan up to Rs. 1,60,000/-.
• No Collateral Security is required for a bank loan up to Rs. 10,00,000/- for Self Help Groups.
• The moratorium period of bank loan is 12 months to 4 years as per the duration of plantation.
• The below mentioned banks will provide loan under Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana :-
  • Arunachal Pradesh Rural Bank.
  • Arunachal Pradesh Cooperative Apex bank.
  • State Bank of India.
• Subsidy under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana will be provided on original cost of plantation.
• Eligible Beneficiaries can avail the benefit of Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana by applying through :-
  • Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana Online Application Form.

Benefits

• The following benefits will be given to eligible beneficiaries under Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana :-
  • Collateral Security Free Loan up to Rs. 1,60,000/-.
  • Collateral Security Free Loan for Self Help Groups up to Rs. 10,00,000/-.
  • 45% Subsidy will be provided by Government on Plantation Cost.
  • 45% of Plantation Cost will be provided as a Bank Loan to Beneficiary.
  • 10% of Plantation Cost will be borne by the Applicant.

Eligibility

• Applicant should be a Permanent Resident of Arunachal Pradesh.
• Applicant should be belong to any of the below mentioned category :-
  • Farmers.
  • Farmer Producer Organization.
  • Self Help Groups.
• Applicant should be directly involves in Agricultural Activity and Ready to do Plantation.

• Aadhar Card.
• Photograph of Applicant.
• Voter ID Card.
• PAN Card.
• Plantation Details.
• Land Details.
• Caste Certificate. (If Applicable)
• Bank Account Details.
• Mobile Number.

How to Apply

• Beneficiaries can apply for credit linked subsidy by filling Online Application Form of Arunachal Pradesh Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana.
• Beneficiary has to Register themselves on Atma Nirbhar Yojana Portal.
• Fill the below mentioned details in the Registration Form :-
  • Name.
  • Aadhar Number.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Farmer Type.
  • Choose Password.
  • Confirm Password.
• Click on Sign Up Button and the registration of beneficiary is completed.
• After Registration Login with the Mobile Number and Chosen Password and fill the below mentioned details step wise :-
  • Applicant Personal Details.
  • Project Proposal Details.
  • Upload Documents.
• Click on Submit Button to submit the Application Form of Atma Nirbhar Plantation Yojana.
• Application Form and Documents will be subject to verification by the agriculture department officials.
• If beneficiary application is selected, they will be informed through SMS or Email.
