Introduction

• Chhattisgarh Government started lots of welfare scheme for the people in year 2023.
• Every Welfare Scheme targets the specific category of people who are in dire need.
• Now, Chhattisgarh Government launches another scheme for Registered Nirman Shramik of State after successfully launching the Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Awas Sahayata Yojana.
• The name of scheme is "Chhattisgarah Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Sahayata Yojana.
• The main objective behind starting Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Sahayata Yojana is to provide social security and financial stability to those Nirman Shramiks (Construction Workers) who are not able to work due to their age.
• Labour Department of Government of Chhattisgarh is the nodal department of this scheme.
• Whereas, Building and Other Construction Worker Welfare Board is the implementing agency of Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Sahayata Yojana.
• This scheme is also known by some other names in Chhattisgarh like "Chief Minister Nirman Shramik Pension Sahayata Scheme" or "Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Scheme" or "Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Construction Worker Pension Scheme" or "Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Yojana".
• Chhattisgarh Government will provide monthly financial assistance as a pension to all eligible and registered construction workers. (Nirman Shramik)
• Monthly Pension of Rs. 1,500/- will be provided to all old age nirman shramik under Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Sahayata Yojana.
• Only those Nirman Shramik are eligible for monthly pension under this scheme who cross the age of 60 years.
• Nirman Shramiks (Construction Workers) who are registered in Board for a minimum time period of 10 years are eligible to apply for monthly pension under Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Yojana.
• Half Pension Amount of Rs. 750/- per month will be provided to family in case of death of pensioner nirman shramik.
• Eligible Construction Worker (Nirman Shramik) can apply for monthly pension under Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Sahayata Yojana through Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Sahayata Yojana is available at Labour Department Official Website, or on Chhattisgar Shram Jayate Mobile App and on any Lok Sewa Center.

Benefits

• Registered Nirman Shramik/ Construction Worker of Chhattisgarh will get the following benefits after attaining the age of 60 Years under Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Sahayata Yojana of Government of Chhattisgarh :-
  • Monthly Pension of Rs. 1,500/-.
  • Half Amount of Pension i.e. Rs. 750/- will be provided to Family in case of death of Nirman Shramik.

Eligibility

• Chhattisgarh Government sets the following eligibility conditions for Nirman Shramik in order to avail the benefit of Monthly Pension under Mukhyamantri Nirman Shramik Pension Sahayata Yojana :-
  • Nirman Shramik should be a Permanent Resident of Chhattisgarh.
  • Nirman Shramik should be Registered in Board for Minimum 10 Years.
  • The Age of Nirman Shramik should be 60 Years or More than 60 Years.
