Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana

Introduction

• It is very difficult for any disabled person to earn a worth living income on their own.
• Apart from disabled persons, people suffering from major diseases also faces monetary difficulty to fulfil their daily needs.
• For Special People, Rajasthan Government started a special scheme for them.
• The name of scheme is "Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana.
• It was started in the year 2013.
• The main objective behind starting this scheme is to provide financial assistance to those special category people who are not able to earn on their own.
• Social Justice and Empowerment Department of Rajasthan Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
• Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana of Government of Rajasthan is also known by some other names in the State such as "Rajasthan Chief Minister Disability Pension Scheme" or" Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Scheme".
• Financial Assistance per Month as a Pension will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries under this scheme.
• People falls within any of the below mentioned category of people are eligible to get monthly pension under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana :-
  • Disabled Person of having 40% or More Disability.
  • Dwarf.
  • Trangenders.
  • Person Free from Leprosy.
  • Person Suffering from Silicosis.
• Disabled Person, Dwarf and Transgenders of less than 75 Years of Age will get monthly pension of Rs. 1,000/-.
• Whereas if the Age of Disabled Person, Dwarf and Transgender is more than 75 Years then the pension amount provided under Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana will be Rs. 1,250/-.
• Leprosy Free Person will get Rs. 2,500/- per Month Pension and Person Suffering from Silicosis Disease will get a monthly pension of Rs. 1,500/- under this pension scheme.
• Those persons are not eligible under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana whose family annual income is more than Rs. 60,000/-.
• Eligible Beneficiaries of Rajasthan can apply for monthly pension under Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana by filling Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana is available on Rajasthan Single Sign On (SSO) Portal.
• Beneficiaries can also apply for Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana by visiting their nearest E Mitra Kendra.

Benefits

• The following monthly pension will be provided to all Eligible Beneficiaries under Rajasthan Government's Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana :-

  Age Criteria	Amount
  75 Years or Less	Rs. 1,000/- per Month.
  75 Years or More	Rs. 1,250/- per Month.
  Leprosy Free Patient	Rs. 2,500/- per Month.
  Silicosis Disease Patient	Rs. 1,500/- per Month.

Eligibility

• Following Eligibility Conditions is needed to be fulfilled in order to apply for monthly pension under Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana of Rajasthan Government :-
  • Beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Rajasthan.
  • Beneficiary should be Disabled and Disability Percentage should be more than 40%.
  • In Case of Dwarf Applicant, Height should be less than 3 Feet 6 Inch.
  • Transgenders are also Eligible to Apply.
  • Leprosy Free Patient or Silicosis Disease Patient are also Eligible.
  • The Annual Income of Beneficiary Family should not be more than Rs. 60,000/-.

  • Aadhar Card.
  • Jan Aadhar Card or Bhamashah Card.
  • Domicile of Rajasthan.
  • Ration Card.
  • Birth Certificate.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Disability Certificate.
  • Medical Certificate.
  • Bank Account Details.

How to Apply

• Eligible Women Beneficiary can apply for Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana of Rajasthan Government through 2 below mentioned ways :-
  • Through E Mitra Kendra.
  • Through Rajasthan SSO Portal.

Through E Mitra Centre

• Eligible Beneficiaries can apply for monthly pension under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana by visiting E Mitra Kendra.
• Visit your nearest E Mitra Kendra along with the Jan Aadhar Card or Bhamashah Card.
• Agent of E Mitra Kendra will fill the Online Application Form of Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana on behalf of Beneficiary.
• Beneficiary has to pay a Application Fees of Rs. 33/- to the E Mitra Kendra Agent.
• Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana Application Form will then forward for verfication to Nagar Palika or Nagar Nigam Office in Urban Area and by Tehsildar or Naib Tehsildar Office in Rural Area.
• Sub Divisional Officer or Block Development Officer will then give final approval for monthly pension.
• After that, monthly pension will be transferred in the bank account of Beneficiary every month.

Through Rajasthan SSO Portal

• Vishesh Yogyajan Pension Beneficiary can also apply for Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana of Rajasthan Government through Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana is available on Rajasthan SSO Portal.
• Beneficiary has to do Registration on SSO Portal of Rajasthan First.
• Jan Aadhar Card is required at the time of Registration.
• SSO Portal will send the User ID and Password on the registered mobile number of farmer.
• Login in the SSO Portal with Username and Password.
• Choose RAJSSP after Login.
• Choose Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana Application Form.
• Enter the Personal Details, Contact Details and Bank Account Details in the Online Application Form of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana.
• Upload all the required documents on the portal.
• Preview the Application Form thoroughly and Click on Submit Button to Submit it.
• Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana Application Form along with all the documents will verified by the Nagar Nigam or Nagar Palika Officials in Urban Area and by Tehsildar or Nayab Tehsildar in Rural Area.
• After Preliminary Verification, Application Form will then forwarded to Block Development Officer or Sub Divisional Officer for final approval of pension.
• Monthly Pension of Rs. 1,000/- under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana will then transferred every month in the bank account of beneficiary.
• Beneficiary can also check the Application Status of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Vishesh Yogyajan Samman Pension Yojana on Rajasthan Social Security Pension Portal.
