Introduction

• Congress Party had announced to implement Praja Palana Abhayahastham in Telangana to provide the benefit of welfare schemes at the time of assembly election.
• Praja Palana Abhayahastham consist 6 Guarantee Scheme of Congress Party which is going to implement in Telangana in phased manner.
• Telangana Praja Palana Abhayahastham is also known as "Telangana Praja Palana Programme".
• The 6 Guarantee Schemes of Congress Party under Telangana Praja Palana Abhayahastham are as follows :-
  • Telangana Mahalakshmi Scheme.
  • Telangana Indiramma Indlu Scheme.
  • Telangana Yuva Vikasam Scheme.
  • Telangana Gruha Jyothi Scheme.
  • Telangana Rythu Bharosa Scheme.
  • Telangana Cheyutha Pension Scheme.
• In Mahalakshmi Scheme, Beneficiaries will get Monthly Financial Assistance of Rs. 2,500, 1 Gas Cylinder per Month @ Rs. 500/- and Free of Cost Travel in TRTC Buses.
• Free of Cost Electricity up to 200 Units per month will be provided in Gruha Jyothi Scheme.
• Indiramma Indlu is a housing scheme in which free of cost housing site and Rs. 5 lakh for construction of house will be provided to landless and homeless people.
• Apart from this, a housing plot will also provided to Telanagan Movement Activist in Indiramma Indlu Scheme.
• 9 pensioner category people will get a monthly pension of Rs. 4,000/- per month in Cheyutha Pension Scheme.
• Pension to Disabled Person in Cheyutha Pension Scheme is Rs. 6,000/- per Month.
• Apart from monthly pension, Health Insurance Cover of Rs. 10 Lakh under Rajiv Arogyasri will also provided to every pensioner beneficiary.
• Rythu Bharosa Scheme is for farmers. Small and Marginal Farmers and Tenant Farmers will get a financial assistance of Rs. 15,000/- per year.
• Whereas Farm Labourers will also get financial assistance of Rs. 12,000/- per year under Telangana Rythu Bharosa Scheme.
• Bonus of Rs. 500/- on the sale of Paddy Crop will also provided to farmers under Rythu Bharosa Scheme.
• Students will get a Rs. 5 Lakh Yuva Vikasam Card under Telangana Yuva Vikasam Scheme which they can use to pay their college or coaching fees.
• Registration of Praja Palana Abhayahastham is started. Beneficiary can Register themselves in any of the above mentioned 6 Guarantee Scheme from 28-12-2023 to 06-01-2023 by visiting their nearest Gram Panchayat or Municipal Ward Office.

  Rythu Bharosa Scheme	Beneficiary should be Farmer or Agricultural Labourer.
