Introduction
- Residents of Punjab had to visit from one office to other in order to avail the Punjab Government Services.
- Due to this, their precious time was not only being wasted but they were not getting the benefit of services on time.
- Keeping these things in mind, Government of Punjab taken a very good initiative for the welfare of people of Punjab.
- Punjab Government started "Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme in whole of State.
- Chief Minister of Delhi Shri Arvind Kejriwal and Chief Minister of Punjab Shri Bhagwant Mann launched this Doorstep Delivery of Services Scheme on 10th of December 2023.
- The main objective behind starting Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme is to provide Punjab Government Services to People of Punjab effective and efficiently in a short span of time.
- This scheme is going to be known by some other names also such as :- "Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Yojana" or "Punjab Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Yojana" or "Punjan Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme" or "Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Apke Dwar Scheme".
- Now People of Punjab avail the benefit of 43 Punjab Government Services at their Door Step.
- They do not have any need to visit any Government Office in order to avail the benefit of any Government Service.
- Government of Punjab will now provide the following Punjab Government Services at the Doorstep of People under its new Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme :-
- Death Certificate.
- Birth Certificate.
- Domicile Certificate.
- Income Certificate.
- Ration Card.
- Caste Certificate.
- Rural Area Certificate.
- Character Certificate.
- Pension Certificate.
- Payment of Electricity Bill.

- Benefits of above mentioned government services will now be availed at a doorstep on a single call.
- Beneficiary will have to dial a 1076 Toll Free Number to book an appointment under Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme.
- Appointment Booking under Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme is open all 7 days from Morning 9 AM to 5 PM in the Evening.
- Then on the decided date and time, Doorstep Delivery Operator will visit the house of beneficiary and complete the application process.
- Beneficiary has to pay a fees of Rs. 120/- per Service to the Doorstep Delivery Operator.
- Doorstep Delivery Operator will give an acknowledgement receipt to the beneficiary for future reference.
- Beneficiary can also check the application status with the help of that acknowledgement receipt.
- Beneficiary can call on Toll Free Number 1076 and avail the benefit of Doorstep Delivery of Government Services under Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme.

How to Apply
- Punjab Government kept the application process of Bhagwant Mann Tuhade Dwaar Scheme very simple.
- People of Punjab can avail the door step delivery of services of Government of Punjab by simply dialing a 1076 Toll Free Number.
- Operator on call will write down the basic details of beneficiary like :- Name, Address, Mobile Number and Name of the Service.
- Then an SMS will be forwarded on the Mobile Phone of Beneficiary in which all the details like Service Fees, Documents Required, Date and Time of Doorstep Operator Visit and other important details is given.
- Doorstep Operator will visit the house of beneficiary on the given Date and Time with a Tablet.
- Operator fill the details in the Tablet and pay the fees in front of the beneficiary through Online Mode.
- Punjab Government will Charge Rs. 120/- for every service provided at the doorstep of beneficiary under Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme.
- An aknowledgement receipt will be provided to the beneficiary after completion of application process.
- Beneficiary can track the status of their application with the help of that acknowledgement receipt.
- Beneficiary can call on 1076 Toll Free Number and avail the benefit of 43 services of Government of Punjab at their doorstep under Bhagwant Mann Sarkar Tuhade Dwaar Scheme.

Good morning Sir/Madam,
Iam Dr Ashish Agarwal, MD Pediatrics (PGI chandigarh), DM Pediatric critical care (PGI chandigarh) and my wife Mrs Bandna Kumari (Bsc, Msc) currently a permanent employee of PGIMER chandigarh have made multiple efforts to get in touch with you on the contact number 1076 for availing the service for marriage registration. However the helpline number is never reachable except once where we were able to connect through (843732xxxx- Bandna Kumari) where a Government representative interacted with us and the call got disconnected but she never tried to contact us back. My contact number is 84375xxxx, currently I'm working as a Pediatric ICU specialist at Indus groups of hospitals in Mohali and Derabassi. We would be grateful to you if we are able to connect you. The scheme at the outset looked revolutionary but disappointing to be never able to connect through the number provided. We are not able to book an appointment as this helpline number is never reachable, even though contacted through various phone numbers. Kindly do the needful in this matter.
