Mode of Application

Introduction

  • Government of Uttarakhand started Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme in the year 2022.
  • The main objective behind starting this scheme is to increase the GST revenue by encouraging the people of Uttarakhand to ask GST Bill from traders at the time of purchasing anything.
  • Department of Goods and Services of Uttarakhand Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
  • This scheme is also called as "Uttarakhand Bill Lao Inam Pao Yojana".
  • Government of Uttarakhand will now provide gift items to those people who take GST Bill at the time of purchase of any items from shopkeepers or traders.
  • Earlier Uttarakhand Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme was launched for a period of 01-09-2022 to 31-03-2023.
  • But after seeing the success of scheme, Uttarakhand Government decided to extent the Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme till 31-03-2024.
  • Now, Residents of Uttarakhand can upload the GST Bill on Mobile App every month till 31-03-2024 and take part in lucky draw.
  • Every Month 1500 people will be selected through Lucky Draw for gift distribution.
  • The following Gift Items will be provided every month to Selected Winners of Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme :-
    • Mobile Phone will be provide to first 500 People. (From 1 to 500)
    • Smart Watch will be provided to 501 to 1000 serial number people.
    • Earphone/ Earbuds will be provided to 1001 to 1500 serial number people.
  • Mega Lucky Draw will be conducted at the time of scheme closure in which following items will be provided to 1888 lucky people :-
    • 18 Four Wheeler/ Car.
    • 20 Two Wheeler. (200 to 350 CC)
    • 50 Electric Scooter.
    • 100 Laptop.
    • 200 Smart TV. (32 Inch)

  • Beneficiary can take part in monthly and mega lucky draw by uploading GST Bills under Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme of Uttarakhand Government.
  • GST Bill under Uttarakhand Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme will be uploaded on Mobile App.

  • Residents of Uttarakhand are Eligible.
  • The Amount of GST Bill should be more than Rs. 200/-.
  • GST Bill should be a B2C. (Business to Consumer)

  • GST Bill generated by any of the below mentioned establishment are eligible to be uploaded under Uttarakhand GST Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme :-
    • Restaurant.
    • Dry Fruits.
    • Sweet Shop.
    • Cloths.
    • Saree.
    • Non Branded Readymade Garments.
    • Salon/ Beauty Parlour.
    • Artificial Jewelary.
    • Composition Dealer.
    • Laundry Service.
    • Gaming Parlour.
    • No Branded Footwear.

Ineligible GST Bill

  • Bills Generated by below mentioned establishments are not eligible at the time of launch of this scheme. But Now Uttarakhand Government said in a statement that GST Bills generated by Branded Outlets are also eligible under Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme :-
    • GST Bill from any of the following E Commerce Sites :-
      • Amazon.
      • Meesho.
      • Flipkart.
      • Myntra etc.
    • GST Bill generated by Multi National or National Food Chain like :-
      • Domino's.
      • KFC.
      • McDonald's.
      • Costa Coffee.
      • Cafe Coffee Day.
      • Subway.
      • Burger King.
      • Haldiram.
      • Sagar Ratna.
      • Dunkins.

Documents Required

  • The following documents is required at the time of receiving the Winning Items under Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme of Government of Uttarakhand :-
    • Aadhar Card.
    • GST Bill.

How to Apply

  • Beneficiary will have to download the Uttarakhand Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme Mobile App.
  • Following details will be filled in the Registration Form :-
    • Mobile Number.
    • Name.
    • Date of Birth.
    • Gender.
    • District.
    • Address.
  • Click on Register Button to Register.
  • Login again by entering the Registered Mobile Number.
  • Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme Mobile App will very the Mobile Number through OTP.
  • Upload the Bill by clicking on Upload GST Bill.
  • Fill the basic details about GST Bill.
  • Upload the GST Bill Photo and a Selfie with GST Bill.
  • Click on Submit Button to Submit the GST Bill.
  • Beneficiary can check his/ her name in winner list on the mobile app.

Features of Scheme

  • This scheme is also known as GST Grahak Inam Yojana.
  • GST Bill generated by Composition Dealer is also eligible to upload.
  • The amount of GST Bill should be more than Rs. 200/-.
  • Bill generated after 1st of September 2022 are eligible to apply.
  • 1500 winners will be selected every month under Bill Lao Inam Pao Scheme of Uttarakhand Government.
  • If any Dealer or Trader refuse to give GST Bill then people can complaint on this number :- 1800120122277.
