Registration status still showing PENDING after 2 months

before 2 months i filles two registration forms below are registration ids... still showing in PENDING status.. 25980118000001 (RICHA KUMARI GUPTA) 14354138000087 (MEERA DEVI) No attached/linked/associted hospital list are showing on website. Is this card or scheme running or if running how it will work in hospital.
