Regarding not getting kali baai scooty session 2022-23

Sir\madam I had applied for the form in session 2022-23 but i have still not received the benefits of the scheme and i have also complaint several times to the helpline number 181 but till now has been no solution. No action is being taken by the college department . So i request please solve my problem instantaly
