Introduction

• Government of Rajasthan provided benefits to people of Rajasthan through lot of welfare scheme.
• But in most of the time people are not aware of the ongoing welfare scheme and missed the opportunity to avail the benefits.
• To deliver the services of scheme to people of Rajasthan, Government of Rajasthan launched Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana in State.
• The main objective behind launching Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana is to get people aware about the welfare schemes of Rajasthan Government through digitilizing them.
• Grameen Aajeevika Parishad of Government of Rajasthan is the implementing agency of this scheme.
• Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Digital Seva is also known as "Indira Gandhi Smartphone Yojana" or "Indira Gandhi Smartphone Scheme" or "Rajasthan Free Mobile Phone Scheme" or "Mukhyamantri Nishulk Smartphone Yojana" or "Rajasthan Free Mobile Distribution Scheme".
• Under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana, Rajasthan Government will provide Free of Cost Smartphone to Women Head of Family.
• Apart from Free Smartphone, the following benefits will also provided under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana :-
  • Mobile Sim with Free Calling Services.
  • Internet Service for 3 Years.
  • 5 GB Internet Data per Month.
• Women Beneficiary can use this smartphone to get the alert regarding 114 welfare schemes of Rajasthan Government.
• Beneficiary can also apply for benefit of any scheme and register complaint in case of face any.
• A proper training will be provided to women beneficiary before smartphone distribution.
• Digital Sakhi in every ward provided the training to Women Beneficiary.
• Digital Sakhi provides the training of below mentioned subjects to women beneficiary under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana :-
  • Making and Receiving of Calls.
  • Making and Receiving of Video Call.
  • Sending and Reading of Text Messages.
  • Browsing the Internet.
  • How to Use You Tube.
  • And Other Important Functions of Smartphone.
• After training of above subject women beneficiary can easily handle the smartphone by herself.
• It is to be estimated that more than 1.35 Crore Women Head of Family will get benefit of free of cost smartphone under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana.
• Registration in Chiranjeevi Yojana is mandatory before applying for free smartphone.
• Beneficiaries can check their name in the District Wise Smartphone Beneficiary List of Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana.
• Eligible Women Beneficiary can register herself for free smartphone under Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana by visiting the nearest camp.

Eligibility

• Applicant Should be a Permanent Resident of Rajasthan.
• Applicant Should be a Women and Head of Family.
• Registration in Chiranjeevi Scheme is Mandatory.
• Women Should have Jan-Aadhar Card.

How to Apply

• To deliver the benefits of Rajasthan Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana, Camps will be organized across the Rajasthan State.
• Eligible Women Beneficiary will have to visit her nearest camp to register herself for free smartphone under Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana.
• Officials present at camps will help the women beneficiary in the registration process.
• It is mandatory for women beneficiary to register earlier under Rajasthan Chiranjeevi Yojana.
• Jan-Aadhar Card of women is needed at the of registration under Mukhyamantri Digital Seva Yojana of Rajasthan Government.
• Training will be given to women beneficiary in camps to how to handle the smartphone.
• Smartphone will be distributed among beneficiaries after verification and training.
