Most of Hospital in Lucknow in Where i went for claiming to this plan, Fatima hospital, 35-C Mahanagar Lucknow not accepted this one card and says for Cash Treatment, If They are not providing service to Deen Dayal Beneficiaries then Why They listed in this Panel, Please do necessary for state staff welfare.
