Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Yojana 2.0 2023-2024 Schedule

Introduction

• Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme is the flagship scheme of the  Government of Madhya Pradesh for the welfare of women.
• This scheme was announced by Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan on the occasion of Narmada Jayanti.
• The scheme is launched on 8 March 2023 on the commemorations of International Women's Day.
• The main objective of starting the scheme is to make the women of the state financially empowered and self-reliant.
• This scheme is also called "Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Ladli Behna Scheme".
• Now Government of Madhya Pradesh called for application for 2.0 version of Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme.
• The amendment in 2.0 is only that now beneficiary who has Tractor in their house are also eligible to apply.
• Under the Madhya Pradesh Ladli Behna Scheme, all the women of the state, irrespective of caste and religion, will be eligible to avail the benefit of this scheme.
• Eligible women will be given financial assistance of Rs.1,000/- per month under Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme.
• This means that 12,000/- per year will be given to the women of Madhya Pradesh.
• Now, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chauhan announced to increase the amount of Rs. 1,000/- per month to Rs. 1,250/- per month from the month of October under Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme.
• Gradually this amount will increased to Rs. 3,000/- per month as said by the Chief Minister.
• Women can use this financial assistance for their daily household expenses.
• While announcing the Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme, Chief Minister said that only if there is women power in the state, the family will also be strong.
• Women of Age between 21 Years to 60 Years are eligible to get benefit under Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme.
• Only Married, Divorcee and Destitute Women are eligible under this scheme.
• Eligible women can apply by filling Application Form of Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme from 15 March 2023.
• Department of Women and Child Development of Madhya Pradesh Government is the Nodal Department of this scheme.

Benefits of the Scheme

• The following financial assistance will be provided to eligible women beneficiary under Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme :-
  • Financial Assistance of Rs.1,000/- per month.

Eligibility

• The following eligibility is required to avail the benefit of Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme : -

  Applicant must be Women. Only the following women of Madhya Pradesh are eligible to avail the benefit :- Married Women. Divorcee Women. Destitute Women. Applicant Women should be a Permanent Residents of Madhya Pradesh. Age of Women Beneficiary should be between 21 to 60 years. The Annual Family Income of Women should be below Rs. 2,50,000/-.

Ineligibility

• Family having a Tractor are now eligible under Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Ladli Behna Scheme.
• Under the following conditions the financial assistance of Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme will not be provided to women of Madhya Pradesh :-

• The following documents is required to apply for Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme :-
  • Samagra ID.
  • Passport Size Photograph.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Ration Card.
  • Residence Proof of Madhya Pradesh.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Bank Account Details.

How to Apply

• Eligible Women Beneficiary of Madhya Pradesh can apply for monthly financial assistance by filling the Offline Application Form of Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme.
• Application Form of Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme is available free of cost at Gram Panchayat Office or Ward Office or at Camps.
• Application Form has to be filled properly and the required documents have to be attached.
• The Application Form and all the documents of Madhya Pradesh Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme have to be submitted to the Gram Panchayat Office or Ward Office.
• After that the Application Form and documents will be thoroughly scrutinized by the concerned officials and they will be uploaded on the portal or App.
• In case of application accepted, the applicant will be informed on his mobile through SMS.
• Financial Assistance of Rs. 1000/- per month will be transferred in the bank account of the women beneficiary on the 10th of every month.
• Women Beneficiary also check the Application Status of Mukhyamantri Ladli Behna Scheme online.
