Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana

Introduction

• Government of Haryana announced to start new housing scheme for the people of Haryana in their 2023-2024 budget.
• On 13th of September 2023, Haryana Government launched Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana for the homeless people of State.
• The main objective behnd launching this scheme is to provide affordable houses to all low income group families.
• Department of Housing for All of Haryana Government is the nodal department of this scheme.
• Subsidy on the Purchase of Flat or Plot/ Land to Build House will be provided by Haryana Government under Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana.
• Now, Homeless people of Haryana will purchase the Residential Flat or Plot to build House from Haryana Government on subsidised rates.
• Haryana Government will provide subsidy of Rs. 1,50,000/- to every homeless people who doesn't own any pucca house in urban area of Haryana under Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana.
• This scheme is also called "Haryana Chief Minister Shehri Awas Yojana" or "Haryana Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme" or "Haryana Urban Housing Scheme" or "Haryana Chief Minister Housing Scheme".
• It is to be estimated that in the year 2023-2024, Haryana Government is planning to provide 1 Lakh affordable houses to people under Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana.
• Only those residents are eligible who are residing in Urban Areas of Haryana.
• If any applicant's annual income is more that Rs. 1,80,000/- then he/ she is not eligible to avail the benefit of Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana.
• Remaining Cost of Flat or Plot will be provided to beneficiary through bank loan.
• People belonging to Ghumantu Jati will give preference in this housing scheme of Haryana.
• It is mandatory to have Parivar Pehchan Patra before applying for housing subsidy under Haryana Chief Minister Urban Housing Scheme.
• Eligible Beneficiaries can apply for Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana through Online Application Form.
• The last date to apply for Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana of Haryana Government is 19th of October 2023.
• Beneficiary can apply for this scheme on or before 19-10-2023.

Benefits of Scheme

• The following benefits will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries under Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana of Government of Haryana :-
  • Affordable House or Land to Built House will be Provided.
  • Haryana Government provided Subsidy of Rs. 1,50,000/- to Purchase Flat or Land.
  • Remaining Cost of Flat or Land will be Provided through Bank Loan.

Eligibility

• Government of Haryana sets the following eligibility conditions in order to avail the benefit of Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana :-
  • Beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Haryana.
  • Beneficiary should have Parivar Pehchan Patra.
  • Annual Income of Beneficiary should not be more than Rs. 1,80,000/-.
  • Beneficiary should not have any Pucca House on Any Family Member Name in Urban Area.
  • Beneficiary should be Residing in Urban Area of Haryana.

• The below mentioned documents is required at the time of applying for subsidy on flat and plot under Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana :-
  • Parivar Pehchaan Patra.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Income Certificate.

How to Apply

• Eligible Beneficiaries can apply to avail the benefit of Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana of Haryana Government through Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana is available on Department of Housing for All Website.
• Beneficiary has to do the Registration in Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana First.
• Having a Parivar Pehchan Patra is is mandorily needed at the time of applying for Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana.
• Enter the Parivar Pehchan Patra, Choose the name of the Family Member and the Click on Submit Button.
• Portal will verify the details through OTP verification.
• After that, Beneficiary has to choose Flat or Plot.
• Now pick the amount of down payment, and click on next to further fill the Application Form of Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana of Haryana Government.
• Check the details and then click on Submit Button to Submit the Online Application Form.
• Received Application Form of Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana will be scrutinised by the concerned officials.
• List of Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana of Haryana Government will be released by the department after thorough verification.
• Selected Beneficiary will received the Application Form Selection and Rejection Status of Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana on their mobile phone.
• The Online Application for Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana is open from 13th of September and closed on 19th of October 2023.
• Eligible Beneficiaries can apply for Haryana Mukhyamantri Shehri Awas Yojana on or before 19-10-2023.
