Scheme Introduction

Delhi Development Authority started 3 low cost and affordable housing scheme for people.
One of the prominent scheme is "DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme".
Main objective behind this scheme is to provide low cost houses at very affordable rate in a city like Delhi.
Low cost flats at very prime location will be provided to beneficiaries under DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme.
Flats distributed under this scheme at first come first serve basis.
This scheme will be implemented by DDA in a phased manner.
It is to be estimated that around 5,531 flats will be provided to people under Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme of DDA.
These are ready to move in flats.
Flats under DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme will be allotted to people at below mentioned locations :-
- Narela.
- Jasola.
- Loknayakpuram.
3 Flat categories are available under Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme which are :- EWS, MIG and HIG.
Price of each flat vary according to the category.
Only EWS category has income limit of Rs. 10 Lakh per year.
No income limit for MIG and HIG category.
PAN Card is required at the time of apply for flats under this scheme
Price Range of Flats under DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme are as follows :-
- For EWS :- From Rs. 29 Lakhs to Rs. 35 Lakhs.
- For MIG :- From Rs. 85 Lakhs to Rs. 123 Lakhs.
- For HIG :- From Rs. 140 Lakhs to Rs. 218 Lakhs.
DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme Registration is started from 22 of August 2024.
Applicant has to pay a non refundable fees of Rs. 2,500/- at the time of registering themselves.
Beneficiary Registered under DDA's Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme can book their flats from 10-09-2024 at 11:00 AM Onwards.
Advance Booking Fees paid under this scheme are :-
For EWS Flat Category :- Rs. 50,000/-.
For MIG Flat Category :- Rs. 1,00,000/-.
For HIG Flat Category :- Rs. 10,00,000/-.
The closing date of DDA's Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme is 31-03-2025.

Eligibility Requirements

Delhi Development Authority sets the following eligibility criteria for applicants in order to provide them a Low Cost House under DDA's Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme :-
- Citizen of India are Eligible to Apply.
- The Age of Applicant should be 18 years or above.
- The Annual Family Income should be less than Rs. 10 Lakh. (Only for EWS Category)
- Bank Account should be in Applicant's Name.
- PAN Card and Aadhar Card is mandatory.

Required Documents

Documents that are required to be submitted after allotment of flats under DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme are mentioned below :-
- Affidavit. (Annexure B)
- Undertaking. (Annexure C)
- Any Address Proof.
- Disability Certificate. (For Disabled)
- Any Identity Proof such as :- Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving License.
- Copy of TDS Certificate. (If Applicable)
- Self Attested Copy of PAN Card.
- Income Certificate. (For EWS Category)
- Bank Statement.
- Loan Sanction Letter. (If Any)

Steps to Apply

To get house on low cost price under DDA's Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme, Applicant can apply through Online Application Form.
Online Application Form of DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme is available on the Delhi Development Authority E Portal.
Applicant has to Click on User Login.
Then Click on New User Registration.
Applicant has to fill following details in the Registration Form :-
Mobile Number of Applicant is verified by portal through OTP authentication.
DDA E Portal ask to choose password after OTP verification.
Login with the help of User ID (PAN Card) and chosen password of Applicant.
Now Applicant has to select DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme and Pay the Registration Fees.
Registration Amount is Rs. 2,500/- including GST.
Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme Registration Amount is non refundable.
Applicant has to upload the required documents.
Preview the application form and click on submit button to submit it.
DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme Registration is started from 22-08-2024
Booking of Housing Flats under DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme will start from 10-09-2024 at 11 AM Onwards.
Applicant has to select the location and type of flat after log in on above mentioned date.
Then Applicant has only 15 minutes time frame to pay the booking non refundable booking amount.
The Booking Amount of DDA Madhyam Vargiye Housing Scheme is Rs. 50,000/- for EWS Category, Rs. 4,00,000/- for MIG Category and Rs. 10,00,000/- for HIG Category.
Applicant has to make sure there is enough funds in their bank account at the time of booking.
After payment confirmation from bank, the booked flat will be allotted in the name of Applicant.
Demand cum Allotment Letter will be generated in the name of Applicant within 24 hours.
Full payment of booked flat will be deposited to DDA within 60 days from the date of issue of Allotment Letter.
Possession Letter will be issued to Applicant after confirmation of payment.
Facility of Conveyance Deed will also entertain on the request of Applicant.
