Scheme Introduction

  • Many people have a dream to own a house in city like Delhi.
  • But these dreams shattered due to high prices.
  • Now, Delhi Development Authority started new housing scheme to provide low cost houses to people.
  • The name of scheme is "DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme".
  • DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme is a first come first serve basis scheme in which low cost flats at prime location will be provided to beneficiaries.
  • Approximately 34,177 flats in a phased will going to be distributed to needy people under Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme of Delhi Development Authority.
  • Flats provided under this scheme are ready to move in.
  • The location at which flats are available for allotment under DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme are as follows :-
    • Narela.
    • Rohini.
    • Siraspur.
    • Ramgarh Colony.
    • Loknayakpuram.
  • There are two flat categories avalaible for allotment, one is EWS and second is LIG.
  • The income limit of EWS category for flat allotment is Rs. 10 Lakh per year.
  • There is no income limit for other flat category.
  • It is mandatory to have PAN Card at the time of apply for this scheme.
  • Price Range of Flats under DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme are :-
    • For EWS :- From Rs. 11.54 Lakhs to Rs. 11.67 Lakhs.
    • For LIG :- From Rs. 11.9 Lakhs to Rs. 25.6 Lakhs.
  • Price of Flats under this scheme will vary according to the location.
  • Registration of DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme is started from 22-08-2024.
  • Beneficiary will have to pay a non refundable fees of Rs. 2,500/- at the time of registration.
  • Registered Beneficiary can book their flats from 10-09-2024 at 11:00 AM Onwards.
  • Booking Fees for EWS Flat Category is Rs. 50,000/- and Rs. 1,00,000/- for LIG Flat Category.
  • The closing date of DDA's Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme is 31-03-2025.
  • Beneficiary can apply for low cost house under DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme by filling Online Application Form.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Low Cost House under DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme will be provided to those beneficiaries who fulfill the following eligibility criteria :-
    • Only Indian Citizens are Eligible to Apply.
    • Applicant's Age should be above 18 Years.
    • Family Annual Income should not be more than Rs. 10 Lakh. (Only for EWS Category)
    • Applicant should have Bank Account in his/ her Name.
    • Applicant should have PAN Card and Aadhar Card.

Required Documents

  • The following documents is required to be submitted after allotment of flats under DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme :-
    • Affidavit. (Annexure B)
    • Undertaking. (Annexure C)
    • Any Identity Proof such as :- Passport, Aadhar Card, Voter ID Card, Driving Licence.
    • Any Address Proof.
    • Self Attested Copy of PAN Card.
    • Loan Sanction Letter. (If Any)
    • Bank Statement.
    • Income Certificate. (For EWS Category)
    • Disability Certificate. (For Disabled)
    • Copy of TDS Certificate. (If Applicable)

Steps to Apply

  • Beneficiary can apply for low cost house under Delhi Development Authority's Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme through Online Application Form.
  • Online Application Form of DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme is available on the Delhi Development Authority E Portal.
  • Click on User Login.

  • Choose New User Registration.
  • Fill the following details in the Registration Form :-

  • Verify Mobile Number through OTP authentication.
  • E Portal will verify the details and ask to choose password and send User ID and Password to beneficiary.

  • PAN Number is the User ID.
  • Login with the help of User ID and chosen password.

  • Choose DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme and Click on Pay Registration Fees for First Come First Serve Basis.

  • Registration Amount of this scheme is Rs. 2,500/- including GST which is non refundable.
  • Upload required documents.
  • Preview the selection of application form and click on submit button.
  • Registation of DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme is started from 22-08-2024
  • Booking of Flats under DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme will commence from 10-09-2024, 11 AM Onwards.
  • Beneficiary has to select the location and type of flat after log in.
  • The he/ she will have only 15 minutes window time frame to pay the booking amoun which is non refundable.
  • The Booking Amount of DDA Sasta Ghar Housing Scheme is Rs. 50,000/- for EWS Category and Rs. 1,00,000/- for LIG Category.
  • Beneficiary will have to make sure there is a availability of funds in their bank account at the time booking.
  • After confirmation of payment from bank, the booked flat will be allotted in the name of beneficiary.
  • Demand cum Allotment Letter will be issued in the name of beneficiary within 24 hours.
  • Full payment of flat will be deposited within 60 days from the date of issue of Allotment Letter.
  • Possession Letter will be issued in the name of beneficiary after payment confirmation.
  • Facility of Conveyance Deed will also entertain on the request of beneficiary.
