Dear CM Sir I am Narendra Biswas, I was college dropout in the lockdown time Now i am doing a job on a bakery in but I want to do a business but for reason with financially I am unable to do if you sir please help me then I will start a own business where can I also stable and more then that I can do something for other like me I will provide them also a job
