Issues faced with Mukhyamantri Ladki Bahin Yojna" form filling.

I didn't submit my form but when i am processing form there is coming this addhar card is already taken bit i didn't submitted.

I filled out the form and at last even I did OTP varification and after that I saw that' form is not submitted its showing pending to submit.
After that I edit it one more time but same issue I am facing and now it's doesn't showing edit option too.
You have to change it before submitting theall information is correct or not.

Hi Team, I was accessing narishakti doot application to fill the "Mukhyamantri Ladki Bahin Yojna" form. I filled the details but while entering the OTP the application stucked and then got refreshed. Now my application is not seen. I tried filling up the details again but it is showing as adhar and other details captured already. I request your guidance on this, I also to fill the form again successfully. Eventually the application shouldn't have submitted as OTP verification was not done. This issue is from your side( application side) thus I request to allow me to complete the process Your help and support will be highly appreciated, thankyou

Your existing form will open then retry submitting it.

I had tried for the sms verification option but there is no option for form editing and sms verification.

I filled my form through the naari shakti doot app on my phone I filled everything correctly and submitted but later when I saw the updates it said it's in submission the got approved no changes required and the all of a sudden got disapproved and rejected I checked the form again and resubmitted it but I don't know what's the issue

OTP NOT RECEIVED AND THE MESSAGE IS THAT EDIT IS DISABLE THEN WHAT SHOULD WE DO?

I filled all information after that while submitting it get error so I'm unable to submit my form. I have done it multiple times but still it get same error issue while submitting.

I have filled the form but for OTP verification I did not get any OTP and later I changes my no. and all details are correct then too my form is disapproved.
I don't have edit option now.

Hi team my issue is while filling the form my name spelling mistake was notified so I edited and submitted now the message I got is form rejected because of bank name change now what can I do. Your support and help will surely be appreciated. Thankyou

Portable able OTP issue showing invalid

After entering Aadhar no correctly I got the OTP but after entering correct OTP on site getting error that it is invalid. Tried couple of time but facing issue

Am trying to edit and resubmit my form but due to i had edited before i cannot resubmit it.need to resubmit can this site will provide this service or any info related to resubmission??

I had filled form of my sister in Nari shakti doot app. All proper documents uploaded but it got rejected twice stating that no documents uploaded or wrong document uploaded. Pls help

maine net cafe wale se form bharwaya tha. . reject ho gaya . reason bhi nahi dikha raha. phir website par khud koshish ki. web site khul gayi . profile bhi dikh rahi hai magar edit nahi hora. re apply kaise karu.
