No option shown for resubmit application

Message received from MAHGOV that your application no MUMU108292063 for MMLBY has been provisionally rejected. Do necessary compliance & resubmit the application. But neither I can see in login any edit or resubmit option nor see any application no. Actually i didn't even fill the complete form and still don't know how it got submitted
