I HAVE APPLIED 19.7.2024 FOR LADKI BAHIN YOJNA THROUGH NARI SHAKTI APP ON MOBILE. FORM SUBMITTED . I HAVED RECEIVED MESSAGE OUR APPLICATION NO. NYS-06568225-669a1111e87a39253 FOR MMLBY HAS BEEN REJECTED DATED 4.8.2024 & I HAVE MENTION EMAIL ID komal23781@gmail.com BUT PROFILE NOT SHOWN EMAIL ID . AFTER THAT I CALLED CUSTOMER CARE NO.181 DATED 6.8.2024 GIVE REASON FOR REJECTION. THEN I HAD AGAIN CALL 181 NO. DATED 12.8.2024 THAT TIME REASON YOUR NAME NOT SHOWN CLEARLY ON RATION CARD, BUT EDIT OPTION NOT RECEIVED. THEN I AGAIN CALL FOR 12..8.2024 BUT TILL DATE 16.8.2024 EDIT OPTION NOT RECEIVED. and customer care no.181 not giving proper response. when i call customer care then that person have to immediate make solution of my complaint, other wise not any use of this customer care no. That person only listening my complaint & told me to go your ward. what is the use of customer care persons. PLEASE URGENTLY SEND ME EDIT OPTION & ALSO EDIT MY EMAIL ID komal23781@gmail.com ON MY FORM NO.NYS-06568225-669a1111e87a39253

Till date 13-08-2024, I have facing same issue the form is rejected because passbook photo but when i fill the form there is no option to upload passbook photo in my case, and now i have only reject option there is no edit option for me, also customer care not responding to my request, please give us edit option.

I Have applied 05-07-2024 for Ladki Bahin Yojna Through NARI SHAKTI APP on mobile. Form Submitted. I Haved Received Application No #NYS-00223162-6687d1bf2d0ec But my form status has been showing as pending from July 5th to August 29th, and I have not received any approval message. And I'am not seeing any edit options to edit on my application. I called the 181 number many times; initially, I could connect the call, but I was told to wait. Now, I can't even connect to 181. I'm not receiving any help. I don't know the reason for my pending status. My request is to please provide a solution for this.
