Request for Update on Yuva Nidhi Application Status

I have completed my PUC with ITI stream after that I have completed my degree with the base of ITI and I am graduated in 2023 after that I have applied for yuva nidhi on the date when website got live but there were no option for ITI students then. after completing 180 days I have got call from DDPU office for document verification after submitting my documents they said ITI not comes under our office so you have to go employment office. after going to employment office they said we don't have your name in our list so, I called DDPU officer again he said I will reject this application for now after rejecting immediately you can apply for new one but now I am trying to apply but after submitting application its getting back to previous page every time.. I don't know what to do sir I am really frustrated I don't know what to do please suggest some help
