Regarding rejection of online Registration of student under Namo Lakshmi Yojana 2024 - 25

My daugheter studing in 12 standard in St. Xavier's High School, Gamdi, Anand. In Namo Lakshmi Yojana my daughter name is Parmar Jennifer Juliuskumar, CTC Unique Eye. d. 241501011031620081 online form was filled from school. But from District level L.C. / birth certificate / ration card form has been rejected by querying mother's name not med account. While at the time of filling the online form, even though none of the above mentioned documents have been uploaded, though it has been rejected.
