Introduction

• Legislative Assembly Elections in Telangana had held on 30th of November 2023.
• The election result was announced on 3rd of December 2023.
• Congress Party successfully managed to win the Telangana Assembly Election by majority.
• To woo the voters and to secured their win in the upcoming election, Congress Party announced Welfare Schemes for the people of Telangana.
• Indiramma Indlu Scheme is going to be one of the most iconic socially needed scheme once it is implemented.
• The main objective behind announcing Indiramma Indlu Scheme is to provide house to homeless and landless people of Telangana.
• Indiramma Indlu Scheme was a pre poll promise of Congress Party which is going to be implement in Telangana State.
• This scheme is also going to be called "Telangana Free Land Distribution Scheme" or "Telangana Indiramma Indlu Yojana".
• Free of Cost Land to Construct House will be provided to all eligible beneficiaries of Telangana under Indiramma Indlu Scheme.
• Apart from land to construct house, a financial assistance of Rs. 5,00,000/- will also provide for the construction cost of house.
• Telangana Indiramma Indlu Scheme will help the landless and homeless people of Telangana to complete their dream of owning a house.
• There is also a provision in this scheme to provide benefit to Fighter and Activist who take part in Telangana Movement.
• A piece of land having area of 250 Sq. Yds. will be provided to all Telangana Movement Fighters and Activists under Indiramma Indlu Scheme.
• Land and Financial Assistance to Construct House under Telangana Indiramma Indlu Scheme will be provided soon after the implementation of scheme in Telangana.
• Congress Party newly formed Telangana Government will going to take decision to implement Indiramma Indlu Scheme in a very first cabinet meeting.
• The wait of Homeless and Landless People of Telangana is over in order to avail the benefit of Free of Cost Land and Financial Assistance to Construct House as promised by Congress Party under Telangana Indiramma Indlu Scheme.
• Government of Telangana released the Application Form of Indiramma Indlu Scheme.
• Beneficiaries can fill the Indiramma Indlu Scheme Application Form and avail the benefit of Free of Cost Housing Site and Assistance for House Construction.

Benefits of Scheme

• Newly formed Congress Party Telangana Government will provide the following benefits to landless and homeless people of Telangana under Indiramma Indlu Scheme :-
  • Free of Cost Land for House Construction will be Provided.
  • Financial Assistance of Rs. 5,00,000/- for Construction of House will be Provided.
  • Housing Site/ Land of 250 Square Yards will be Provided to Telangana Movement Activist/ Fighters.

Eligibility

• Telangana Government sets the following Eligibilty Criteria in order to provide the Free of Cost Land and Monetary Assistance for House Construction under Indiramma Indlu Scheme of Government of Telangana :-
  • Beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Telangana.
  • Beneficiary should be a Homeless and Landless Person.
  • Telangana Movement Fighters/ Activist are also Eligible.

• The following documents is to be mandatorily needed at the time of applying for the benefit of Indiramma Indlu Scheme of Telangana Government :-
  • Residence Proof of Telangana.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Ration Card.
  • Certificate of Not Having Own Land and House.

How to Apply

• Homeless People and Beneficiaries who want Financial Assistance for House Construction can apply for Indiramma Indlu Scheme of Telangana Government through Application Form.
• Application Form of Telangana Indiramma Indlu Scheme is available free of cost at any of the below mentioned office :-
  • Gram Panchayat Office.
  • Gram Sabha Office.
  • Municipal Corporation Office.
• Collect Indiramma Indlu Scheme Application Form.
• Fill the basic details line Name, Age, Caste, Address, Bank Account Details and Details of Family Members.
• Choose Indiramma Indlu Scheme in the Application Form from given 6 Guarantees.
• Attach all the required documents with the Application Form.
• Submit the Telangana Indiramma Indlu Scheme Application Form with all the documents in the same office from where it was collected.
• Officials from the concerned department will verify the details of application form and documents.
• List of Eligible Beneficiaries of Indiramma Indlu Scheme will then made by the officials.
• Selected Beneficiary will then get the benefit of Free of Cost Land for House, Rs. 5 Lakh for Construction of House and Housing Site to Telangana Movement Activist under Indiramma Indlu Scheme of Telangana Government.
• Beneficiary can fill Indiramma Indlu Scheme Application Form from 28-12-2023 to 06-01-2024.
