Scheme Introduction

• As we all know that Shri Arvind Kejriwal led Government in Delhi worked very well in the field of education.
• School's infrastructure are also is in comparison with the private schools.
• Government of Delhi by various educational schemes also provide scholarship and other benefits to marginalised students.
• Out of all welfare schemes, Delhi Government's "Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme" is fulfilling the dream of students to become Engineer and Doctor.
• Lots of talented student cannot afford the coaching fees of premium coaching centres who provided coaching for JEE (Engineering) and NEET (Medical) Examination.
• So to provide them a platform to prepare and compete with others at par, Delhi Government started Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.
• Department of Education of Government of Delhi is the nodal department of this scheme.
• This free coaching scheme for JEE (Mains/ Advance) and NEET is also known by some other major names in Delhi which are as follows :-
  • "CM Super Talented Coaching Scheme".
  • "Mukhyamantri Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme".
  • "Chief Minister Super STalented Children Coaching Yojana".
  • "Mukhyamantri Super Talented Children Coaching Yojana".
  • "Free Coaching Scheme for JEE and NEET".
• Now Delhi Government will sponsor the coaching fees of all eligible students who are interested to prepare for prestgious JEE (Mains/ Advance) and NEET Entrance Examinations.
• Government of Delhi is also running "Jai Bhim Mukhyamantri Pratibha Vikas Yojana" in which free of cost coaching for other competitive examination will be provided.
• Delhi Government's Department of Education will pay all the course fees of JEE and NEET of selected students under Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.
• This course fees also includes the cost of study material and test papers.
• Class 9th and Class 11th Science Stream Students can avail the benefit of free of cost coaching for JEE and NEET under this scheme.
• Every Year 150 Students (100 Students for JEE and 50 Students for NEET) from Class 9th for 4 years will be selected through Common Entrance Test under CM Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.
• Whereas, 150 Students (100 Students for JEE and 50 Students for NEET) from Class 11th for 2 years will be selected through Common Entrance Test under CM Super Talented Coaching Scheme.
• Class 9th Students for 4 years and Class 11th Students for 2 years will get free of cost coaching for JEE and NEET Entrance Examination in empanelled institute.
• Now Delhi Government makes a provision in which 100 seats will be reserved for Girls under CM Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.
• Delhi Education Department will directly pay the coaching fees to empanelled coaching institutes.
• Students will be Selected for free JEE and NEET coaching under Delhi CM Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme through written entrance examination called Common Entrance Test. (CET)
• Education Department of Delhi will conduct Common Entrance Test for CM Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme every year.
• Students who are currently studying in Delhi Education Department Schools are eligible to appear in Common Entrance Test conducted for free of cost coaching for JEE and NEET entrance examination.
• Delhi Government allocare a budget of Rs. 6 Crore for the year 2024-2025 for smooth implementation of this scheme.
• Eligible Students can contact their concerned school in order to appear for CET of Delhi Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.

Scheme Benefits

• Selected Students will get the following benefits under Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme of Government of Delhi :-
  • Free of Cost Coaching will be Provided for JEE (Main/ Advance) and NEET.
  • Complete Course Fees of Coaching Institute will be paid by Delhi Government.
  • Course Fees also includes Cost of Test Papers and Study Material.

Syllabus of Common Entrance Test

• Following are the Syllabus of Common Entrance Test of Delhi Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme :-

  For Class 9th (JEE and NEET)

Eligibility Requirements

• Only those Students are eligible for free of cost coaching for JEE (Mains/ Advance) and NEET under Delhi Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme who fulfill the following eligibility criteria :-

  Beneficiary Student should be a Permanent Resident of Delhi. Beneficiary Student should be studying in Delhi Government's Department of Education School. Beneficiary Student should be studying in any of the following class :- Class 9th. (Science) Class 11th. (Science)

Required Documents

• The below mentioned documents will be needed at the time of availing the benefit of free of cost coaching of JEE and NEET under Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme of Delhi Government :-
  • Residence Proof of Delhi.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Parent's Aadhar Card.
  • Previous Year Examination Marksheet.
  • CET Scorecard.
  • School Identity Card.
  • Passport Size Photograph.

Steps to Apply

• Beneficiary Students doesn't need to apply by themselves for Common Entrance Test of Delhi Government's Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.
• Delhi Government's Department of Education doesn't give a facility to students to apply through Online Application Form of Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.
• Neither any Website of CM Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme is available.
• Concerned Head of School in which student is studying will Register all Eligible Students in Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.
• Head of School with the help of School Login ID and Password will Register the Students on the Website of Department of Education of Delhi Government.
• Department of Education will then verify the received Application Forms of Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.
• Admit Cards of CM Super Talented Coaching Scheme with Roll Number and Centre of Examination in the name of Student will then generated by Education Department.
• Head of School will have to take print out of the admit cards, paste passport size photograph and attest it and distribute the admit cards among students in 2 copies.
• Students will have to reach the examination centre on the day, date and time mentioned on the Admit Card.
• After result a counselling session will be conducted for selected students by empanelled coaching institutes.
• Department of Education will then allot the coaching centre to selected students.
• Students who cleared the Common Entrance Test of Chief Minister Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme and attended the counselling session can take admission in allotted coaching centre in Delhi for JEE (Main/ Advance) and NEET Coaching.
• All the expenses incurred on coaching will be borne by Department of Education of Delhi Government.

Selection Procedure of Scheme

• Department of Education of Delhi Government will conducted an entrance examination every year called Common Entrance Test to select students for free of cost coaching under CM Super Talented Children Coaching Scheme.
• Students studying in Class 9th and Class 11th in Science Stream are eligible to appear in Common Entrance Test.
• The syllabus of Class 9th level common entrance examination is Physics, Chemistry, Math/ Biology of Class 8th.
• And the syllabus of Class 11th level common entrance examination is Physics, Chemistry, Math/ Biology of Class 10th.
• Every Subject Section contains 25 marks in which every question consist of 4 marks.
• Total Marks of the examination will be 300 and total time period is 2 hours.
• There will also a negative marking of -1 mark for each wrong answer.
• Selection of Students for free of cost coaching for JEE and NEET Examination will purely on merit based.
• A Separate merit list will be prepared for Class 9th and Class 11th as per the scores obtained by the students.
• A counselling session will be organised for selected students by empanelled coaching institutes.
• Department of Education will alott the coaching institute to selected students.
• Once student secure seat in the coaching centre, all course fees of JEE or NEET as chosen by the student will be paid by Delhi's Department of Education directly to coaching institute.
