Introduction

• Many Youth in Chhattisgarh wants to start their own self employment activity.
• But due to their poor financial condition they are not able to do it.
• If they think to start their business by taking loan from bank then they fail to do so because of high interest rate and non availability of Collateral Security.
• So keeping these things in mind, Bhartiye Janta Party had promised to start Chhattisgarh Udhyam Kranti Yojana in state if they came in power after winning the upcoming assembly elections.
• The main objective of BJP to announce Udhyam Kranti Yojana at this time is to secure the votes of youth of Chhattisgarh towards themselves.
• It is going to be known by some other names also such as "Chhattisgarh Udhyam Kranti Scheme" or "Chhattisgarh Interest Free Loan Scheme" or "Chhattisgarh Loan Subsidy Scheme".
• Interest Free Loan to start self employment activity or self income generation activity will be provided to all eligible youths under Chhattisgarh Udhyam Kranti Yojana.
• No amount of Interest on Self Employment Loan will have to be paid by the beneficiary youth.
• Apart from that, 50% Subsidy on Loan Amount will also provided under Udhyam Kranti Yojana.
• This means that beneficiary youth will only have to return the 50% amount of loan to bank.
• The remaining 50% amount of loan will be paid back by the BJP ruled Government (if forms) to banks.
• So, the Youth of Chhattisgarh will now avail the benefit of Interest Free Loan and 50% Subsidy on Loan under Chhattisgarh Udhyam Kranti Yojana to start their own self employment activity.
• Now, BJP manages to win the Chhattisgarh Assembly Election and ready to form the new government.
• It will take time to frame the Guidelines of Udhyam Kranti Yojana.
• Beneficiary Youth will have to wait little bit more in order to avail the benefit of Chhattisgarh Government's Udhyam Kranti Yojana.
• Remaining Eligibility Conditions with Guidelines of Chhattisgarh Udhyam Kranti Yojana will be released very soon by the newly form Government.

Benefit

• Chhattisgarh Government will provide the following benefits to Beneficiary Youth after the implementation of Udhyam Kranti Yojana in Chhattisgarh :-
  • Interest Free Loan will be Provided for Self Employment Activity.
  • No Amount of Interest will have to be Paid by the Beneficiary on Loan.
  • 50% Subsidy on Loan Amount will be Provided by Government.
  • Beneficiary will have to return only 50% Amount of Loan.

Eligibility Criteria

• The below mentioned eligibility conditions will required to be fulfilled in order to avail the benefit of Chhattisgarh Udhyam Kranti Yojana after its implementation :-
  • Beneficiary should be a Resident of Chhattisgarh.
  • Beneficiary should be a Youth and Willing to Start Self Employment Activity.
  • Other Eligibility Conditions will be released after the Implementation of Scheme.

• The following documents will be required at the time of applying for Interest Free Loan and Interest Subsidy under Udhyam Kranti Yojana :-
  • Domicile of Chhattisgarh.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Passport Size Photo.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Email ID.

How To Apply

• Bhartiye Janta Party under the leadership of Sh. J.P Nadda announced lots of welfare scheme to woo the voters of Chhattisgarh.
• Assembly Election in Chhattisgarh is concluded and BJP wins the election with a clear majority.
• Chhattisgarh Udhyam Kranti Yojana was a pre poll promise of Bhartiye Janta Party to target specifically the youth of State.
• Now BJP is under obligation to start Udhyam Kranti Yojana in Chhattisgarh as soon as possible.
• As per the available information the Apply Process of Chhattisgarh Udhyam Kranti Yojana is not clear yet.
• It depends on the new government whether the Application Procedure of Udhyam Kranti Yojana is through Offline Application Form or through Online Application Form.
• So Apply Procedure will be clear only after the implementation if Chhattisgarh Udhyam Kranti Yojana.
• Youth of Chhattisgarh will have to wait some time more in order to avail the benefit of Interest Free Loan and Subsidy under Chhattisgarh Udhyam Kranti Yojana.
