Introduction

• At present there is a Congress Party ruling Government in Chhattisgarh.
• Very Soon the assembly election is going to be held in Chhattisgarh.
• To retain their power and to secure their win in upcoming assembly election, Congress Party announce lots of Welfare Schemes for the people of Chhattisgarh.
• One of the announced schemes for the people of Chhattisgarh is "Mukhyamantri Awas Nyay Yojana".
• This scheme is also going to be called as "Chhatisgarh Mukhyamantri Awas Nyay Scheme" or "Chhattisgarh Free Housing Scheme" or "Chhattisgarh Chief Minister Housing Scheme".
• The main objective of this scheme is going to provide the dream house to homeless people of Chhattisgarh.
• Present Chhattisgarh Government conduct an Economic Survey in State and found out that 17.5 Lakh Families doesn't have their own house.
• Out of these 17.5 Lakh, 7.5 Lakh Families are those who doesn't receive benefit of free of cost house from Central Government under Pradhanmantri Awas Yojana.
• And the remaining 10 Lakh Families are poor and homeless who also doesn't have their own home in Chhattisgarh.
• So through Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Awas Nyay Yojana, Congress Party will going to provide free of cost house to all needy and eligible beneficiaries.
• But Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Awas Nyay Yojana is just only a pre poll promise of Congress Party which only going to fulfilled if they manages to retain their Government by winning the assembly election.
• Homeless People of Chhattisgarh will have to wait little bit more in order to get the free of cost house under Mukhyamantri Awas Nyay Yojana.

  • Remaining 10 Lakh Families are those needy ones who doesn't have their own house.

Eligibility

• After the implementation of Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Awas Nyay Yojana, the following eligibility conditions will needed to be fulfilled to get free of cost house :-
  • Beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Chhattisgarh.
  • Applicant should not be a Beneficiary of PM Awas Yojana.
  • Other Eligibility Conditions will be released after the launch of scheme.

• If somehow Congress Party wins the upcoming assembly election then after the launch of Chhattisgarh Mukhyamantri Awas Nyay Yojana, the following documents will be needed at the time of applying :-
  • Resident Proof/ Domicile of Chhattisgarh.
