Shakti Scheme ID card - Conductor Misbehaviour

Respected Sir / Madam, This is to inform you that my daughter Devika Nayyan studying in IX standard of Soundarya School 8th Mile, Hessaraghatta Road tried to use Shakti scheme free bus ride today 29-05-2024 around 12.30pm after her school to reach house near Tharabanahalli Hessaraghatta. She shown her school id card, but the conductor asked to give Aadhar. She shown her aadhar belongs to kerala. Immediately conductor told her to get down from the bus. She was not having money with her and she came all the way by walk (more than 12kms) from 8th Mile to Tharabanahalli. She reached home @ 3.30pm after the school of 12pm. As per Shakti ID proof rule, its mentioned any Photo ID proof which she has shown her school id proof. Then whats the offence she made to get down from bus?? Being a girl child walking all the way from 12kms, if anything goes wrong who will be responsible?? Kindly reply Thanks & Regards, Shijina A (Mother of Devika Nayyan)
