Pm Kissan temporary hold

Hello Sir/Madam, My name is Nagindar Singh. My PM-KISAN Registration Number is JH313216299. I am from Jharkhand Ho. No - 210A Vill - Kamati , Po - Tala , Ps - Chanho Kamti dist-Ranchi Jharkhand. My status shows “Temporary Hold” on the PM-KISAN portal. eKYC is already done, Aadhaar and bank account are seeded, and RFT has been signed by the state. But FTO is not generated, and I have not received my payment. Also, the PM-KISAN Help Desk is not accepting my registration number — it says “invalid”, even though my number is valid on the main portal. Please register my complaint and help release the payment. I can send screenshots if needed. Thank you.
