not an singel amount was credited in account from last 2 years

i was filled namo laxmi form for my daughter from before 2 years on 09th standard but till today we not get not an single amount in our account for this also no on can answer me for this also i visited at DEO office 4 time but not given answer on that place also kindly help for the same
