Not get unmarried pension because of the mistake done by CSC centre employee

I got registered for unmarried pension scheme but did not get pension because of the mistake done by the CSC centre employee.The pension is taken by a widow lady of our village on behalf of me till now she got 21000 rupees.I told the matter to CSC centre employee and he asked me to pay 8000 rupee to make the correction it is a corruption matter .kindly look forward to this matter.take a strict action against it.
