Scheme Introduction

• Haryana People on 5th of October 2024 will step out for voting to select their representative for next five years.
• Every political party announcing welfare schemes to gain the trust of their voters so that they can vote for them.
• Bhartiye Janta Party also launched its Sankalp Patra for Haryana.
• In its Sankalpa Patra, BJP announced lots of welfare scheme which they promised to implement if they again came to power in Haryana Government.
• To target rural area college going girls, BJP promises to start "Avval Balika Yojana" for them.
• Free of Cost Scooty under Avval Balika Yojana will be provided to all college going girls by Haryana Government.
• The main objective behind announcing this scheme is to provide their own mode of transport to college going girls so that they cannot drop their studies due to non availability of transport.
• Presently BJP led Haryana Government is running Antoyday Parivar Parivahan Yojana in which free of cost travelling in buses upto 1,000 Km will be provided to Antyoday Families.
• But now Government of Haryana decided to provide safest and own transport to college girls after winning the upcoming assembly elections.
• No Charges or cost will be charged from girl beneficiaries, scooties provided under Avval Balika Yojana will be completely free of cost.
• If implemented then this scheme will also going to be known as "Haryana Avval Balila Scheme" or "Haryana Free Scooty Scheme for College Girls".
• Free of Cost Scooty under Avval Balika Yojana will only be provided to colleg going girls from Rural Area.
• It is hereby reiterate that Avval Balika Yojana is just a pre poll promise of Bhartiye Janta Party led Haryana Government.
• This scheme will only be implemented in Haryana if BJP succesfully wins the legislative assembly election and formed the Government again.
• If failed to do so then Avval Balika Yojana will going to be a poll promise of BJP forever.
• Eligibility Conditions, Application Process of Avval Balika Yojana is not known yet and will be cleared after its official launch.
• This much information is only available yet about this scheme.
• The future of Avval Balika Yojana will be known after the election result which is going to be announced on 08-10-2024.

Scheme Benefits

• Girl Beneficiaries will get the following benefits from Haryana Government under Avval Balika Yojana :-
  • Free of Cost Scooty will be Provided.
  • All College Going Girls will get the Free Scooty under this scheme.

Eligibility Requirements

• Government of Haryana will provide free of cost scooty under Avval Balika Yojana to only those girls who fulfill the below mentioned eligibility conditions :-
  • Beneficiary Girl should be a College Student.
  • Beneficiary Girl should be a Permanent Resident of Haryana.
  • Beneficiry Girl should be studying in Colleges situated within Haryana.
  • Beneficiary Girl should be Residing in Rural/ Grameen Area.

Required Documents

• At the time of applying for free of cost scooty/ scooter under Avval Balika Yojana of Haryana, the following documents will be expected to be required mandatorily :-
  • Haryana Resident Proof.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • College Identity Card.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Mobile Number.
  • Declaration from College.

Steps to Apply

• Very soon the legislative assembly election in Haryana will be going to be conducted by Election Commission of India.
• To woo the voters, to gain their trust and to secure their win in election, currently BJP led Haryana Government announced Avval Balika Yojana.
• The future of Haryana Avval Balika Yojana will directly depends on the result of election.
• If BJP wins the election of Haryana and forms Government again then there is a 100% chance that this scheme will going to be implemented.
• But if due to any chance BJP loses this election and fails to form government again then Avval Balika Yojana will not going to be implemented.
• So at this stage, Application Procedure of Avval Balika Yojana is not clear yet.
• It depends on newly formed BJP led Haryana Government to accept application form through Online Application Form or through Online Application Form.
• If the application mode is offline then Offline Application Form of Avval Balika Yojana will be available free of cost at girls college or in the office of Gram Panchayat.
• But in case of online mode, a dedicated portal of Avval Balika Yojana will be made for girl beneficiaries to submit their application form online.
• Only this much information is available yet.
• Guidelines and other details about scheme will be released after its implementation.
