Behaviour of staff

I visited chembur naka apla davakhana, the staff was busy in chatting, still we was calm, suddenly I got an official call which was important while going inside, doctor asked me to go out as I was on call so I disconnected that call and I requested her it was important official call but now I have disconnected, but she was so rude with me go out and come later on, I requested her as u said I disconnected the call and pls help me with my problem, she said after other people I will talk you, I was standing there only then after checking other patients she finally asked me then I told her since 2 day's I am suffering from pain of piles, she said no I can't you have to visit sion or rajwadi hospital, I requested her to give some medicine she denied she said I will write on paper and will give you, you have to go there only, means if anyone argue with this people they will shoes their power, they do lot's of times pass people stand in q for longer time they don't care there is no camera inside that's why this people take advantage, they behave like that no one can do anything as they are government employees.
