Unable to edit the form

I have submitted the form & it got rejected but I am unable to edit it again. Also, the income certificate upload option was not available at registration time but form rejected stating upload income certificate. This is a wrong process. Many other ladies form got approved without income certificate & my got rejected for this income letter. How we will get this on short notice even through I have uploaded keshari retion card copy still asking income certificate. This is a partiality with us if you don't want to approve then please don't share wrong information. Also, keep the same documents mandate for everyone. This is very disappointment. Kindly check & help to resolve my issue on priority basis. +
