Today is 11th Day but my Account is not activated yet by IDBI Bank CBD Belapur Branch

My mukhyamantri majhi ladki bahin yojana amount Rs.3,000/- is came in this IDBI account which is inactive since last 4 years. I submit form for activation on Dt.20/08/2024. Bank said me that it will be activated in 4-5 days of working but today is 11th day of working but still my account no. 0183104000288262 is inactive. Please look into this matter & solve my problem.
