Request for Assistance with Education Certificates and Fees Reimbursement

Dear Team, I hope this message finds you well. My name is M Komali Satyavani, daughter of Satyanarayana Raju, and I pursued my MCA at DVR Dr HS MIC College of Technology, Kanchikacherla, from 2019 to 2021. According to my eligibility, I am entitled to fees reimbursement for this period; however, I have not received the reimbursement amount as of now. The delay in receiving the fees reimbursement has caused me significant inconvenience. Currently, I am in the process of applying for a passport and seeking employment opportunities. Unfortunately, I do not have access to my education certificates (theory) from college, as they have informed me that clearance of college fees is required before issuing these certificates. This situation is posing a barrier in my efforts to secure essential documents for both personal and professional purposes. I understand that this issue might not be unique to me, and I kindly request your assistance in resolving it promptly. Could you please look into my case and provide guidance on how I can proceed to obtain my education certificates without further delay?
