Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme

Introduction

• Government of Haryana is going to start another welfare pension scheme in the State.
• Chief Minister Manohar Lal Khattar announced to start "Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme" while addressing a press conference in Chandigarh.
• The main objective behind launching Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme is to provide financial assistance to all the unmarried people of Haryana.
• Government of Haryana will provide financial assistance as monthly pension to all the unmarried person of State.
• Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme is also called "Haryana Avivahit Pension Yojana" or "Haryana Avivahit Pension Scheme".
• Financial Assistance of Rs. 2,750/- per Month as a monthly pension will be provided to all eligible beneficiary under Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme.
• The following category people are eligible to get monthly pension under this new pension scheme of Haryana Government :-
  • Unmarried Women.
  • Unmarried Men.
  • Widower.
• This means that all those men are also eligible for monthly pension whose wife is no more with him due to untimely demise.
• The Age Criteria set by Haryana Government for beneficiaries under Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme are :-

  Applicant Category	Age Limit
  Unmarried Women	45 Years to 60 Years
  Unmarried Men	45 Years to 60 Years
  Widower	40 Years to 60 Years

• Government of Haryana also fix the annual income criteria for beneficiaries which are as follows :-
  • Annual Income of Unmarried Men and Women Beneficiary should be less than Rs. 1,80,000/- per Year.
  • Annual Income for Widower Beneficiary should be less than Rs. 3,00,000/- per Year.
• All Eligible Unmarried Men, Women and Widower can avail the benefit of Monthly Pension of Rs. 2,750/- under Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme through by applying Online or Offline Application Form.

Benefits of Scheme

• The following financial assistance as a monthly pension will be provided to all eligible unmarried beneficiaries under Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme :-

  Applicant Category	Pension Amount
  Unmarried Women	Rs. 2,750/- per Month.
  Unmarried Men	Rs. 2,750/- per Month.
  Widower	Rs. 2,750/- per Month.

Eligibility

• Haryana Government sets the below mentioned eligibility conditions to avail the benefit of monthly pension under Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme :-

  Beneficiary should be a Permanent Resident of Haryana. Beneficiary should be Unmarried Male or Female or should be a Widower. The Age of Beneficiary should be :- 45 Year to 60 Years for Unmarried Male and Female. 40 Years to 60 Years for Widower. The Annual Income of Beneficiary should be :- Rs. 1,80,000/- per Year for Unmarried Male and Female. Rs. 3,00,000/- per Year for Widower.

Documents Required

• The following documents is required at the time of applying for monthly pension under Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme :-
  • Residence Proof of Haryana.
  • Parivar Pehchan Patra.
  • Aadhar Card.
  • Voter Identity Card.
  • Declaration of Being Unmarried.
  • Death Certificate of Wife. (In Case of Death of Wife)
  • Bank Account Details.
  • Income Certificate.
  • Email ID.
  • Mobile Number.

Online Application Process

• Unmarried Beneficiary can apply for monthly pension under Haryana Pension Scheme through Online Application Form.
• Online Application Form of Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme is available at Antyodaya Saral Portal of Haryana Government.
• Beneficiary has to Register themselves first.
• Email ID is mandatorily needed for Unmarried Pension Scheme Registration.
• After Registration, Beneficiary has to Login in the portal.
• Choose Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme from Scheme and Services Tab.
• Now fill the personal and contact details in the Application Form of Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme.
• Upload all the required documents.
• Now Click on Submit Button to submit the Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme Application Form.
• Social Justice and Empowerment Department of Haryana Government will verify the received applications.
• Monthly Pension of Rs. 2,750/- per Month will be credited in the bank account of selected beneficiary under Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme.

Offline Application Process

• Eligible Unmarried Beneficiary can also apply for monthly pension under Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme by filling Offline Application Form.
• Offline Application Form of Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme is available free of cost at District Office of Department of Social Justice and Empowerment.
• Collect the Application Form and fill it carefully.
• Attach the all the required documents with the application form.
• Now submit the Application Form of Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme along with all the documents in the same office from where the application form was collected.
• Officials of Haryana Social Justice and Empowerment Department will scrutinized the received application form.
• Selected beneficiary will get monthly pension of Rs. 2,750/- under Haryana Unmarried Pension Scheme.
