Medicine issue

My father name is Rajesh Kumar Sharma,we have taken treatment by apex hospital mansarovar,We have timly reached in hospital & admit in hospital,firstly nursing staff speak that govt approval not received that we have not given bed now approval received but still last 1.25 hour medicine not received by hospital staff it's a not good service while this hospital is private hospital
