I'm not getting benefit

hello, I'm eligible for this schema but I'm not getting it.my application name was written wrong and I'm not getting benefit of it. I'm not getting zero electricity bill and not getting gas cylinder benefit. Ration card no : 369310142057 Aadhaar no : 893395033xxx
