"edit disable" what should I do now.

I have applied for lek ladki yojana form but it pending for sms verification and edit option is not available .it shows "edit disable" what should I do now.please give me one more chance to do my number verification.

Hello Sir
My form is approved but on the aap top left, displays "SMS VERIFICATION PENDING" and the edit button is disabled.

I entered my husband's mobile number, therefore I not getting the edit option to change the mobile number. I want to change my mobile number to 7xxxxxxxx3.
