Divorced and the Money to be given back Government

I hope to confirm that I have received Divorce from Kanaparthi Padmaja d/o Kanaparthi Prabhakar on 17 Feb 2021. He have asked me to sign the document to get Kalyan Lakshmi despite ineligibility and received money. I like to acknowledge that my ex wife have got 50Lakhs as coompensation for mutual. I hope to request to get the Kalyana Lakshmi money from Kanaparthi Prabhakar who is resident of Karimnagar
