regarding chirau card

R/Sir I have applied for Chirayu Scheme online on 07/12/2023 . I have also paid requisite fees 1500/- whose receipt is attached herewith. When I communicate on help line numbers they told me to go to nearest Civil Hospital for treatment, but when I go to Kalpana Chawla Medical College, Karnal they told me that my name has not been shown in their list. Please tell me the procedure for getting Chirayu Card and how to use it for treatment.
