Regarding non-issuance of Chirayu Card.

Respected Sir/Mam, I Joginder Singh has applied for Chirayu Card on dt. 26-12-2023 but card is not issued till now. I have complaint on e-mail id chirayuextension@gmail.com on dt. 02.01.2024 & I have been received an e-mail from bis.userid@gmail.com on dt. 02.05.2024 in which the BIS team has desired to share the screenshot of family id & transaction receipt. And. I have sent the screenshot by e-mail chirayuextension@gmail.com on dt. 03.05.2024 but reply is still awaited till now.
