solar system 150 unit ka labh nhi ml rha

i have install 3kw on grid solar system rooftop on my home , but according to govt scheme 150 unit mukhymntri viduat anudaan yojna se no profit and my electricity bill add on extra charge to bill amount is per month 800 rs , without solar system my bill is 1000 and after solar system install my bill is 800 ,i have invest 1.90 lakh solar system but govt. ....... my electricity bill by jdvvnl k no. is 310231032088
