Driver/ conductor did not accept Aadhar card

The driver/conductor of a Mysore bound ordinary bus from Bangalore Satellite bus stand (KA-42,F-2292) did not accept Aadhar card soft copy and black and white print out of the EAadhar card...he demanded a colour printout and collected the fare amount from two of us women passengers...please have a fixed policy and rules regarding this matter
