Driver/ conductor did not accept Aadhar card

The driver/ conductor of a Mysore bound ordinary bus (KA-42 F-2292) didn't accept both soft copy and black and white print out of Aadhar card.......he demanded colour print out and collected the ticket fare from two of us women passengers...please have a fixed policy and rules regarding this matter
